Gareth James Property Omdömen

Robyn was fantastic - she was very transparent with us the whole way through, from our viewing, offer and moving in. She even kept our baby entertained when I was taking measurements. We had some terrible experiences with other lettings agents, and Garath James were absolutely the best

Friendly staff.

Our experience has been great so far. Robyn and the team have been really helpful in finding us a property, answering any queries we may have and being really attentive. Thank you !

Robyn and the team at Gareth James were excellent - very responsive and helpful. They made the process very easy for us.

Our experience so far has been great - Robyn has been super attentive, has your best interest and so lovely!

Really friendly, nice and responsive team. Effective outcomes. Accurate advice. My only recommendations were that they had a pre-prepared check list for new landlords to hand out and that they looked at their invoicing system, which is somewhat baffling. But so far so good.

My connection with Gareth James is of twelve years duration, and counting. They have been involved in the letting, management and now sale of a property. In all aspects of my engagement with them they have been exemplary, combining a quiet, assured professionalism with a warming human touch.

Like at least some others, I suspect, I am an accidental landlord, with but two properties and, certainly in the early stages, a novice in property matters. And here I can’t praise them enough. All of those I’ve dealt with, across the range of GJM’s services – invidious to pick out names, but they know who they are – have been problem-solvers, navigating through and around difficulties to positive conclusions. Can’t get better than that, really. Power-on GJM!

Gareth James and the staff from the Peckham Office, Robyn, Alexandra and Tomos were professional, friendly, efficient and acted as an honest, impartial broker between me, the prospective tenant and the landlord of the property.

Their behaviour and approach respected ARLA guidelines ensuring equal protection for tenants and landlords. I'd like to hold the operating model they follow as an example to the numerous property firms in London who, in my own opinion, without prejudice and my recent personal experiences are not behaving this way.

They appear to be employing practices that unnecessarily inflate rental prices and increase their own turnover. The continual rent inflation is compounding the affordability issues faced by he the nation but is also disadvantaging vulnerable, low-income and folk relying on benefits.

Hats off to Gareth James for having integrity

The entire process was followed with efficiency and precision. Always impeccable communication and quick responses.

Alexandra has been fantastic. Very friendly, efficient and flexible.

We used Gareth James as our letting agents. The team (especially Tomos) has been extremely helpful with getting our properties ready to let and professional in their organisation and management of the property. We would recommend them as letting agents.

The team were super helpful and efficient!

Nikki @ the Peckham office was superb, and ensured the whole chain was in sync throughout the process. I would definitely work with her again :)

I had to rent out my flat while I'm abroad. Tomos and everyone else at Gareth James have been fantastic: professional and very competent. I feel really confident that they will look after my property and treat the tenants well.

Excellent service from Tom and his team. Thank you

Nikki is an absolute pro; friendly, direct and easy to deal with.

Gareth James have been quick, helpful, friendly and professional. A breath of fresh air compared to some London estate agents.

Gareth James were fantastically easy to work with and the house sale went through v smoothly. Would recommend

I am really pleased with the customer service from Gareth James estate agents, especially Rebecca and Nikki. They made a real effort to get buyers through the door and kept me updated. I was also really pleased with the description of my property they wrote - which was very detailed.
I will definitely use them again if I ever need to sell again!

Everything was great from the lovely Stephanie who showed us round, Tom who dealt with our rental offer and liaised with the landlord and Alexandra who sorted our paperwork. The team at Gareth James made everything about our move smooth and straightforward so thank you!
