Very good quality. Heavy and well made. Purchased alongside other items in this range.

Beautiful soap dispenser but the pump doesn’t work well and gets stuck so very difficult to use.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to read that you are not satisfied with your purchase from us. Your comments will be used as part of our ongoing development program.
I bought this as a replacement for a previous one as the pump on the old one was rusty and unsightly. It is a very reasonably priced item, however the dispenser does not sit reliably in the ‘on’ position, so a lot of twisting is needed to dispense the soap. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review
I actually quite disappointed! Although it’s a beautiful product, the pump is not working and nobody is replying to my emails!
Doesn't work
Bought two and neither pump works that well - have to press hard to dispense - disappointing
Excellent item
Poor quality, pump very wobbly. Need to press at a certain angle in order for it to work.

Looks lovely and really like it but the push down pump is a little clunky and sometimes doesn’t work. However for the money, it’s stylish and lovely. It was packaged so well and arrived quickly.
I bought 2 of these to match the soap dish but they did not have the distressed rubbed look as it shows in the picture I would return them but will have to wait until I get get to the shop when its open

Thank you for your review. Regrettably we do not have a shop to be able to take the return of goods, however as this was purchased from our website, you can parcel them back up and return them to our warehouse, with your courier of choice. Many thanks Lisa
