I had a relatively small issue with my ride on mower and initially it seemed the replacement part was no longer available. Nick went above and beyond in finding a work around for the issue and sourcing a part which resolved the problem. I have been very impressed by the efforts made to sort what would have been a low value transaction for the company. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I really can’t recommend this company and staff enough. I was having trouble sourcing a new petrol cap for my lawnmower including ordering a few wrong types from Amazon. In the end I googled it and up came Garden Tractor Spares. I emailed them a few photos of the mower along with what I thought was the number of the motor but that turned out to be wrong. Jodie from the Customer Service Dept contacted me and told me where to find the relevant number , including examples of what it would look like. I eventually found it. Bear in mind that these email exchanges took place over several weeks but Jodie persevered and eventually we got one ordered. Given that the cost of the part was around £6 so it wasn’t the biggest order ever.This didn’t matter as Jodies focus was on making sure I got the right part. I can’t recommend them enough and I will certainly go back there for a future spares, and you should to.

For dogged pursuit of a small but scarce part for my Hayter Hayterette, Jodie at Garden Tractor Spares deserves full marks. Took a while but she got there in the end. Kept me informed throughout and was very supportive when I began to wonder if it was ever going to arrive. Definitely use them again and will recommend to others. Well done!

I had previously been disappointed by a a delay in providing a response to an on line request. That has been corrected and I should remember that busy people need holidays - me culpa. Answer now arrived that fully solves the problem - thank you.

I have sent 4 emails over a period of a month and nobody has bothered to reply.

i have little patience nor understanding of garden machinery, i just know i have not a lot of time or patience to keep the brambles, nettles and related in the horse feilds down. and the dreaded ragwort. i tasked the sales folk on the best machine, they advised, and next day a 50 inch zero turn was delivered. excellent service.

I placed an order for a £900 cutting deck but after not hearing anything for a week I contacted them by e-mail 3 times (they don't do telephone support or show a telephone number on their website) before I got a reply. They said they couldn't deliver to my part of the UK and would cancel my order and refund me. A week later still no order, no refund, and an email blameing my bank! After I contacted my Bank this turned out to be incorrect as they hadn't issued the refund. As of today and two weeks after paying them I'm still waiting for my money back!

Hi Nick, you know as I do your reply below is not the truth, and is not what happened to me, stop telling lies,…and it does not take 10 days (two working weeks) to do a credit card refund, it can take up to 3 days but normally its 24-48 hours.

I was misled by Garden Tractor Spares who told me my bank was blocking my refund ( I can post the email) when the facts where the refund has only just been made that day and not ten days before. The only reason I received a mobile phone number was because I asked for it,... “twice” after some of my emails were ignored including the first request for a contact number and as I said to you on the phone, no contact numbers are available on the website for Garden tractor spares customers, a red flag for most people.

Placed order , the items have never arrived, unable to find contact number to phone them , have sent messages by there contact form ,they have never contacted me

What amazing service from Garden Tractor Spares.
I had been searching on line for a week for a plastic grass duct for my Westland ride on mower but with little success.A very old Westwood S1100 of about 1988 vintage.Garden Tractor Spares came up trumps and had 5 of the plastic ducts in stock.
I ordered it yesterday lunchtime and it was delivered very securely packaged by dpd before 1130 this morning. In other words less than 24 after my payment.

This Firm should look in there own back garden for telling people you could have sent the Item back with a first class stamp, yet they charged me £6.00 to dispatch a two bit gasket, they are a complete joke, keep your money in your pocket.

Ordered a solenoid for a Simplicity Regent and picked it up next day. Genuine OEM part boxed for £19. Nearer £40 from Briggs and Stratton store with delivery. I've used them once before for a V-belt. Good honest company and highly recommended. Only regret is that I was in such a hurry I didn't stop and chat with the nice gentleman who handed me the part. Next time perhaps.

This is the second time that I have ordered parts for my Westwood garden tractor of 2003. Great help. Spare parts numbers had changed and Jodie of Garden Tractor Spares helped me finding the correct parts. Really great help.

I was contacted by the owner who informed me of the difficulties they had experienced with strike action by their carriers. I accept his explanation. I also pointed out how communication to customers when orders are not fulfilled is necessary.
He accepts this and apologised. Trust Pilot it would appear is a beneficial service for both parties

After a bit of a rocky start, with the part I ordered not turning up, I eventually was contacted by a very helpful person who sorted the issue for me quickly. I have now received the replacement spring for my tractor mower. A genuine company, perhaps a little rushed off their feet.
