A Pleasant Shopping Experience
I used the Garden Superstore website to purchase goods I needed for repotting my orchids. The price relevant to the quantity of the item was clearly visible. If an item was our of stock that was also clearly visible.
I love the reward points system which encourages and helps with the potential next round of purchases. My items arrived in the specified time frame.

Great customer service
Great customer service! When I contacted business to let them know I had an issue with the order for galvanised metal hanging baskets I placed in the evening. I received a response the morning after. Everything was resolved without fuss within hours. All the more reason to buy from a local supplier, rather than getting cheap products of a lesser quality imported and sold by the big chains.

OUTSTANDING OLD FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE
Firstly the customer service that I got over the phone. The salesman looked into delivery prices to get me the best price & rang me back promptly as promised.
Then after completing the sale, another salesman called me to say they can get me a better delivery option and saved & refunded me around $40.
Everything is prompt with these guys. From call backs to getting you the best price on postage.
The product I purchased is a perfect product and 1/2 the price of local retail stores.
The garden superstore has just picked up a new loyal customer and I have be recommending them to my friends already.
I will be in touch soon guys on a on going basis to continue buying from you.
Just make sure that you continue to stock the product forever, cause its awesome.!!!
So potential customers, if you want good old fashioned customer service that is no longer around in this world anymore.

Don't worry, our 200L bales or coir aren't going anywhere 😊
While they are super convenient, being already largely decompressed, have you considered our compressed 5kg blocks of coir pith? They yield approx 55-60L per block (simply wet the block to make it expand) - they are slightly more economical per litre and may fetch a slightly lower shipping price for the equivalent amount due to a more compact size while compressed....

Recommend Product and Compnay
I purchased Peters Professional Plant Starter, a wonderful foliar feeding product. The Garden Superstore protected my purchase in a box so it arrived in great condition.
They responded quickly and efficiently to my order and then delivery questions. As I am rural it took 2 extra business days to arrive. The company let me know they were delivering that day. The deliverer sent a sms delivering in approx 30mins.
Excellent product and service, would highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

Do exactly what you need them to do
Bloody fantastic - just ordered another 200. They've managed to cope with the weather and everything I've thrown at them when mowing & weed whacking. They're keeping weeds out from the base of the trees & ensuring they get the start they need. Love these things!
