All good.. one downside
Arrived in time. Lovely products!!
Only downside is they don’t do exchanges. garden gloves brought as a gift-too small (my mistake) but you have to fill out a form to return item & receive a refund. Just wanted to swap item for a bigger size

Hi Lou,
Thank you for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear your order arrived on time and that you were pleased with the products. We're sorry the gloves weren't the right size, and we completely understand that an exchange for a larger size would have been more convenient than returning the item for a refund and placing a new order. We really appreciate your feedback and will certainly take your comments on board as we continue to look at ways to improve our returns process. Thank you again for your support. 🌺️🎁️
