Disappointed
First tree ordered in good time for Father’s Day, arrived 10 days late and dead! Second one, also 10 days late and dead! Customer service staff, less than helpful. Unanswered emails… eventually refunded!

Very poor quality
We ordered a 50th Wedding anniversary rose to give as a present, but the one that came had no buds, a few dead leaves and very little new growth. We were embarrassed when we gave it to our friends. Very poor quality.

I took the special offer
I took the special offer, acceptable value for money, but the garden ready plants were well ready. With a little tender care they are starting to recover with about75% as some of the stems had broken in transport. Overall ok

My order wasn't in the condition that I was expecting as I have always had excellent plants and plugs I emailed to advise you of my problem and was immediately sent a replacement so was very pleased with service and have no problem buying your products again

When my pkants arrived they were all bashed about plus most of the leaves were loose in the box.. the box was sturdy.. but the plants were rattling around and got very damaged.. i was very upset when i paid good money and to me they were in very poor condition.. im so sorry to have to moan

Most of plants were ok
Most of plants were ok, but busy lizzies were not very good. I did complain and you sent me replacement plants. They were very overgrown and leggy. Bit disappointed with my experience this time. Normally the plants I receive are very good. Hope next time I order I will not be disappointed.
