Not sure why it says I'm a satisfied customer... Very expensive for the product. 10% of the cups arrived damaged and unusable. So far, no response to the canned "how'd we do" follow-up email. I sent pics as requested in that email...

1/ordered product 6-4-26, did not get until 6-25-26. 21 days, too long 2/on ordering page, product was 25.99 plus 5.99, total of 31.98. but 41.57 was charged to my credit card, 9.59 more than what i agreed to. will never buy from you again and will let everyone i can to never buy from you. you got me once, never again...

The advertisement stated that hats could be crumbled and yet return to form. I ordered a white and tan hat, and they arrived pressed in a package. I took them out and they are wrinkled and looked terrible. I even let them sit out for 2 days hoping the disfigurement would leave.
I do like the colors but can't wear them because of their wrinkled and not shapely.

It took a while to get here, but customer service was responsive, & it’s an impressive piece of equipment

The frame covers the license plate making it unusable. You are not able to read the license plate.
Misleading advertisement.
Very disappointed.

The shipping timeframe was completely off and unknown, but I did receive my order before I needed it so all good. Product is way over price for the quality of what I received.

The product material, build quality and feel for this type
of product was beyond what I expected.
Couldn't be happier with this purchase, would be interested if other colors are available and are there other types of products.

When I ordered the cap, I thought it would be around $30, but for some reason, it added 40% tax, bringing the cost to $45 for a CAP! I can't say I was happy about that, and the quality of the $45 cap wasn't what it should be!

Regular updates on the status of delivery gave me confidence in buying from a new vendor

This is a very convenient way to travel with my jewelry, and the transparent pouches provide a clear view of what's inside. The customer service was great, keeping me informed every few days of the delivery status.

Great Product

The purchase was fast and easy. The shipping and delivery was reasonable. The product, while very creative, does not erase all letter addresses as easy as the advertisement showed. The liquid chemical could be a little stronger to ensure it does erase everything without using alot of product and strength trying to rub it harder for more friction.

I received the product and test it out - it worked as described. I am very happy I do not have to take off as many mailing labels from deliveries! Will recommend to my friends.

After 3 wk, nothing, nothing , only sending scam, no product.

The jewelry bag is exactly as advertised and it is perfect. I am excited to use it in my next travels. Thank you

Do Not Order From This Company!!!! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I ordered bunnies for Easter in February. They never arrived. The company said they would resend them. It is June and I still haven't received them. The company claims the tracking says they were delivered. They were not.

According to their website, the company is in the US, however the items were shipped from China.
