GA Jewellers and Pawnbrokers Omdömen 

Went into the store today for the second time this week and i cannot say more good things about the staff, goldsmith and owner.

Friendly, very helpful! Will always phone, text or email you with your queries or repairs.

Great prices too and I’m going back!!! I have other items that need repairs and it’s the best place to go for all your jewellery needs!!!

I wanted a top-name watch and went to a few shops in Brighton. GA were the most impressive. Tristan is highly knowledgeable and answered all my questions well. Also, very friendly, trustworthy and genuinely customer-focused - at the end I had decided which model I wanted but couldn't decide between two watches with different coloured bezels. He said "If I may say so, this one suits your look better". He was right and I bought it, but it he could have got more money for GA if he'd recommended the other - it was the more expensive of the two. 100% recommendation.

I was n holiday and this shop caught my eye, I went in and asked about a silver bracelet , a lovely lady helped me with my questions and on her help I made the purchase . What a joy of a little shop.

Walked in 10 mins b 4 close , was immediatly approached by Brenton Rogers the manager with a friendly manner , asked what he could do for me .
I asked him if he could repair my engagment ring that i had badly bent .
He said he could try but warned me it may break .
I had previously taken it to jewelworks for quote to repair , quote was £150 which i agreed too , however when i went to collect it i was told it hadnt been repaired as it was gonna cost more. ( 2nd quote went up to £600 ) .
So after hearing this i was expecting brian to say its gonna cost me a similar amount.
However Brian said if it breaks he would have to charge me to repair , but if it didnt break , he would straighten for free .
To my amazement he manage to straighten it with out it breaking & kept his word & didnt charge & it only took a few minuites to do .
He made me very happy that day as i was saddened that i couldnt afford to paye £600 for a repair & thought i woukd never be able to wear my ring again .
So thank you very much Brian your a star & i will deffo be back in future .

Had cause to go in and get my wife's engagement ring mended (2nd one) as the diamond had fallen out, I had been quoted £250.00p by Samuels (across the way) they explained how they would fix/repair the ring, and told me how long it would be. On collection, not only was I surprised at the cost, (far less the quoted by opposition) but the quality of the repair, made the ring look brand new. My wife was over the moon with this, and I was able to surprise her at Christmas with it. Thank you to all the staff involved, from the young chap who took my order, to the craftsman, who completed the repair, to the lady who gave me back the ring, what a great team, and excellent work. I have never used a Pawnbroker before until this week. I wanted to sell my old, never to be used again gold, and I really didn't know what to expext. Natalie Holt at GA Pawnbrokers in Eastbourne was so amazing and made my first experience so easy, I will visit again. Natalie greeted me with a smile and her friendly professional demena put me at ease and made the whole experience so easy. I was totally shocked at how much my old broken gold was worth! Went into the shop to ask if the young gentleman could remove the straps from my watch which proved slightly difficult to remove this time somehow. He was incredibly helpful and friendly compared to F.Hinds which were prepared to charge me an absolutely insane amount of £15 to do this. Yes you’ve read right! They won’t get anything from me now!! But independent dealers like this are the way to go and deserve all the support they can get in this rip off/ cut throat business environment of today. The young chap needs highlighting for his friendly helpful manner though. Many thanks.

I was more than happy with the very professional and friendly service I received when I visited the Jewellers shop. The staff there gave me honest advice when I needed it. I would definitely recommend using this jewellery shop.

The staff are very helpful and obliging.
I took a very tarnished christening cup in and they were very happy in taking it on to restore it.
They went out of their way to ensure all possibilities were covered.

Visited this jewellers recently with a problem with my ring. They were really helpful, listening to my needs and helped me out the best they possibly could. Would highly recommend these jewellers . Kieran was particularly helpful.

I was given a tiny pendant for Mother's Day but it didn't hang right. I'd been to 2 jewellers nearer home but they were disappointingly dismissive and said they couldn't help. On a day trip to Worthing I took my pendant on the offchance of getting someone to make it hang straight and chanced upon GA Pawnbrokers and what a different story. Kieran was so helpful. As I waited he had someone correct the problem. It didn't look any different but whatever they did worked and the pendant hangs straight without twisting. Fantastic job. No-one would ever know it had been changed. Thank you so much.

All the staff were very friendly and reassuring and they managed to resize my ring in just a few hours! Will definitely use them again if needed.
