Don’t fall in their trap. I wish i could have read customer reviews before ordering anything from this fake Chinese manufacturer. Ordered a 2XL but the size wasn’t even suitable for a standard UK Medium. Return policy is non existent and it would be better to donate your order money to charity than thinking about receiving anything useful from this company.

Item bought was a disgrace. Looked nothing like the photo and very poor quality. Had to get permission to return the item by sending a photo. The return form was in Dutch (they didn’t do English). They made their site look as if it was situated in the UK by having UK in their name but it is actually situated in China. Cost just under £20 to return a £45 jacket by tracked mail as they recommended. Has been stuck in customs for two weeks now. No help from Ganti. Avoid buying from at all costs! Certainly don’t bother returning item just cut your losses.

I wish I had seen the reviews of this company before buying anything from this place, customer service is awful, ordered a pair of shoe which took 3 weeks to get here, then they aren’t the size they claim to be. Go to send them back and will cost me nearly as much as I paid for the crappy pair of shoes.

Even if they did fit the quality of the item is terrible.

Absolutely awful company total scam - clothes are off poor quality… and make it very difficult to return items.

Awful company. Thieves!! Ordered 4 jumpers and not one of them were as described. Sent the items back immediately and it's been held at china customs ever since. Their excuse is that they don't pay for customs when it clearly states the receiver must pay for it. This Bradley person is reluctant or should I say does not not want to issue a refund. Absolute robbery!!

Awful company, probably a scam. No email confirmation or anything 7 days after my order was placed. The website should be taken down.

If you decide to handover your money to this company best not expect anything in return.

ordered over a month ago. constant delays and repeated information about how sorry they are but you can't get a refund because the item in transit almost from the day after your money exchange .
They refuse from then to give your cash back despite the transit clearly not turning up .
purchased a coat for cold weather for my son. saved for the one he wanted for the cold weather he has been without a warm one the whole month and still no sign.
they again have refused refund 3rd time

Proof of shipment gets sent with todays date even though to claim it was shipped owner a month ago

Same as all the other reviews! I pressed 1 star by mistake .it should be minus 10 star if there was an option .
I got conned onto thinking I’m buying it from uk to find out it’s a company in china only when I received the clothing which I wouldn’t even value .50pence is too generous .
It is so cheaply made that made me laugh.
I could not bring myself to even give it Charity.
I did write to their support team , famous Bradley and he is of no use either . Seems all Bradley does ,buying time to get passed the period so it can not be sent back .

10 to 14 days quoted asked for a refund and return but they want item returned tracked to China cost is nearly half of the item purchased company says Ganti Uk so thought it was here or in Europe seeking further advice would not advise using them

Easier to summarise:
*They offer a 30 day return policy BUT based on you posting back to China at your cost (which is very expensive)
*The goods are not as described (Despite very professional looking images and marketing
*The actual quality is very poor
*The exact items are available from other seller (showing identical pictures) for half the price
They hide behind their T&C’s in the hole you just give up.
Read the reviews before you buy and remember the golden rule, if something looks to good to be true, it probably is.

It says here “what went wrong”. Well where to start delivery time, went wrong, quality of the goods is poor and not worth the even discounted price, sizing is all wrong etc etc. I wish I had read the reviews for GANTI on Trustpilot beforehand. They have an address in the Netherlands but returns to China and goods from China so what is the point of an address in the Netherlands if not to “mislead” people. My advice is don’t buy anything at all from them. If it were possible to give them a minus star then I would have.

Scam - Do not use

Received the gilet costing £45 well after Christmas and it looks like it could have been from temu for £8. They make it nearly impossible to return and will be at your own expense. Do not use this website, wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

My order totalling £84.90 ordered on 6th December arrived today - 30th December. The sleeveless jumper which was supposed to be white is cream not large size which I ordered and of a material which gives off sparks. The trainers look nothing like the website and are the cheapest (they weren’t) nastiest things I’ve ever seen. These items will cost more than their value to return. Do not buy anything from this company. Their website looks to be UK and their customer service office is a ‘virtual office’ in the Netherlands. The items have to returned to China. They are a CHINESE company. Their products are rubbish and they are not cheap. Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam seller, based in China, pretending to be a UK firm by registering their domain and email addresses as .co.uk. Pretending to correspond as customer service advisor “Bradley”. Any money you pay will essentially be stolen. Goods are fraudulent (badly misspelled labels), horrifically overpriced, not worth the money AT ALL.
Returns will cost you anywhere up to £66 to China. DO NOT USE under any circumstances.

Do not use this company, I paid for some jogging bottoms, they never arrived.

I contacted customer service and the were shocking I spoke with a lad called Bradley, about as useful as a chocolate fire gaurd.

Stay away and use a reputable company.

30 Tage Rückgabe Recht??? Erst muss man Fotos von der Ware machen, dann muss das ganze mit Sendungsverfolgung nach CHINA zurück- Kosten 45€ !!!! Wollen die mich verarschen?

Not as described. Very poor quality and not clear this ships from China, which is where you have to return it to at a cost higher than the jacket bought. Absolute scam.

Absolutely furious with Ganti. An absolute SCAM! I had so many issues with this order. When I finally got the order, 3 weeks later! The coat was of very poor quality and ill fitting. £80. I requested a return form which is necessary and I waited the 48hours, to them be asked why, I told them and again and again everyday being asked questions and not getting the return form. I told them I was close to the deadline and need the form. They delayed giving me the form for 7days! Surpassing my deadline date by a day! They said the 30day deadline was binding. Well how can I return it if they don’t give me the return form I need. OUTRAGEOUS!
