Great Customer Service!
Great Customer Service! Also resolved an issue if there's one. Up to date modern shoes, and stylish. Just try to get the Kanye Nike again!? Restock them! I notice you all discontinue them a year ago...Definitely was a Classic shoe.

Ganebet has great prices on their shoes. I've purchased 13 pairs of Jordans from them. They make it right if a problem ever arises. Love Ganebet.

I've ordered from them for a year now. They've never disappointed me. Their products are legit, and their service is outstanding. They've always gotten back to me to answer my questions. They take PayPal too. An added layer of protection in my world. Truly a great company.

Excellent variety of sneakers!
Ordering was easy, and there's a huge selection. I was a little hesitant at first given that my husband found this website. He's not the most savvy internet shopper. His shoes arrived and they were perfect! He loves them! I know where I'll be shopping for Christmas! I recommend.

It’s a scam!
It’s a scam! Do not order anything from this website. My package was mysteriously intercepted on the day of delivery and returned to sender, even though I was home at the time of the supposed delivery. Again, it’s a scam!

Hi Joe,
Did you place an order from our store?
Currently, we can't find your order with us.
If you you have an order and received the product has any problem, just let us know via email support@ganebet.com
We will be happy to help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
Black Alligator Mini Kelly, Beware!!!
I purchased a black alligator bag from Ganebet which is lovely. While traveling, the handle came loose and was lost. I contacted the store and was told I could not return the bag because the return window had closed. I told them I wanted to purchase another handle to repair the bag. Ganebet told me the factory doesn't make the handles so I could not purchase one. I asked them who makes the handles and all communication stopped. I received no more replies to my emails.
Ganebet will not help if you have a problem with the products they sell.

Hi Laura,
We are extremely sorry to learn about your unpleasant experience.
As you known, your order was placed and delivered a long time ago (more than 6months) so we could not accept a return or send replacement as your request falls outside of our policy's frame.
We understand that this may be disappointing news, but we hope that you can understand that we have to adhere to our policies in order to maintain fairness to all of our customers.
We also understand how important it is to provide our customers with a good shopping experience and we were trying to contact other factories.
Hope you can reply our email from support@ganebet.com for direct assistance.
Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience that might have been caused.
