1st thing is I like the App. I even bought the year membership. Everything was fine at first a hundred here three hundred a couple times. I was their number 1 spender which I saw in the rankings for several weeks if not 1 then top three. They paid and seemed legit. But then I had a lucky streak I won 6000 the limit to withdrawal was 1000 and even tho the promise faster withdrawals and vip customer support when you are a yearly member they stopped answering me on customer service and 5 days later still no payout and they never paid me touting chime limits and other excuses which had nothing to do with me. It took so long my winning had dwindled to nothing. And if they were not going to pay then why risk putting more. I cancelled my 1000 dollar withdrawal and made it 200. And it took days but they paid that then I raised my balance once more to 4000 and no more customer service it was as if I was talking to myself I made a reasonable request of 350 and days past again cancelled it and made another request they cancelled it and they kept cancelling my payout requests I made other requests and nothing I spent over 10000 and when i won I got crumbs. Like I said I like the App. Just don't win too much or you will never get paid.

Really a fantastic place to play just wish some things wouldn't have changed but they do ALWAYS pay!

Screenshot every win and plan on spending 12hrs back and forth with customer service to not get it resolved. It was good at times but customer support is is slow and forgets your conversation which btw you can't see but the last 2 lines of your conversation. They will argue with you and not pay. Lost a good payout and then clearly lost a deposit. I told them I will just play my free play until my membership I just paid for runs out until my deposit is refunded and now, as a paid member, my account is very limited. Can't do anything but play free play on card games. Horrible customer service.

I have been playing with gamevault999 for about five or six months now and they just get better and better. They have a wide range of platforms to choose from and just recently offered thousands of games from their own platform to choose from. And the wins are constant. They pay out quickly.. rarely do they pay a little late but never have they not paid or made excuses to not pay like other online gaming sites. They are my number one go-to and I don't think that will change. They are awesome!

They don't pay they disabled my friends account after they refused to Pay him...don't trust them

They refuse to pay. My friend referred me and then I watched him win and these guys tried to say his account was suspicious never could prove anything and told he was gonna report them, they disabled his account. Very untrustworthy. Don't waste your money!!

Fun and fast payouts.

I been asking for my cash out for three days I wrote the support team nobody has responded when I first started playing I was getting my cash outs now here it is day three still no cash out or response regarding my cash out. And they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT DOWN NEVER PAID ME THE MONEY

great games and always a great time but I need to cashout and I'm having issues with the process an no one ever answers the support

EDIT TO ADD.... THEY WILL NOT CASH ME OUT!! For over 12 hours now they have said they can't contact the support agents that are in charge of payments.. After 12 hours you'd think they woulda done switched shifts by now.. I have contacted them through fb and the app/website support and they just tell me they have no way to know about payments and if they people in charge of payments don't respond in the chat they have then they can't do anything else.. They said they have no way of contacting their boss or the owner other than the chat they have that's just like the players support chat.. So I guess their payment processors decided they needed a raise..

Well I'm trying to withdraw and none of the methods are working and support is t responding so I'm not sure my experience as of now 😫

My experience has been overall very great here. I always get my money when I Cashout and the customer service is awesome!

liked the fact of being able to cash out from the free reward dollars. Even if it was only 10 % . Love the daily reward of 2 dollars and all the other reward monies given . I claimed my weekend bonus and it didn't appear but customer service was there and fixted it.

They tried to say my payout was suspicious but they paid me 2 days before that. When I told them I was gonna report them they deleted my account!! They are scammers and I'll continue to report them

Phenomenal customer service. Extremely punctual and attentive to their customers & elimination of scamming possibilities that come with facebook / whatsApp Admins for the same external games plus a plethora of games you can play right on the website.
