I ordered two 140mm reverse blade fans and was sent two 140mm regular fans.

I just returned the first order without even opening the box and still haven’t received a refund on it but I was charged for shipping, I don’t know why I made a second order.

These fans are the only thing I have left on my pc build and it has been pushed back. Order if you have time to wait for inconvenience even though you’re charged for priority mail.

On Saturday march 2nd I had my wife order me some Lian li cables that I had put in the cart.The night of Thursday march 7th I had asked her for a tracking number. Her and I went through are e-mails for conformation and could not find anything. So I emailed them that night telling them my bank had been charged on the 3rd ( the transaction details through my bank said something about a return $1500 return which turned out to be a mistake on my banks end which I found out later but had me worried that night) and when I signed into the website I could not see my order ( I believe this was a bug on their website and still don’t know what that was about but also had me worried that night). So I did a bunch of research for a second time about this website and went to bed nervous. This is also the last piece to my pc build mind you so I’m feeling really disappointed. Anyways I woke up the next morning on the 8th and they had already responded with an e-mail. After some back-and-forth for a few minutes with INSTANT RESPONSES from the company we found out that the conformation was sent in a text message to my phone that Saturday night right after I had purchased them. So anyways yes I had it the whole time and when I returned home before noon on that SAME day, My package was in the mailbox. Only took 6 days and made one happy customer!

Now I personally own my own business and and constantly quoting jobs for my customers, and yes I have made mistakes before, and have to own them.. I have never screwed the customer because of my mistake, I had a lot of respect for this company before, so much so that when a psu i ordered from them came in and was left in a hell of a rainstorm buy the delivery company, so they( gamertech) did a insurance claim on it for me and I ask them to out the refund it on gift cards cause I knew I would shop here again. So not only was my power supply ruined, my money refund went to them"per my request" that is what these purchases were actually made with. But now they have nothing I needed except those above listed items, so now they get to keep my refund money, and won't let me spend ,even if it was there mistake.. just saying think wiser than I did and choose who you shop with , maybe a bigger company that honors their mistake is the way to go. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes on who to shop with..

Ordered on Wednesday and received it on Saturday. I will be purchasing more from them. Great communication from them from the time I placed my order all the way through delivery confirmation. The items were well-packed...not like other places that throw a small package in a larger box with no padding. More online retailers should be like GamerTech!
