Bestilte XBOX, den kom ikke, maste på mail, ingen respons, ba de enten om å sende konsollen eller kansellere - de kansellerte. Ba om å få pengene tilbake, fikk bekreftelse på at det skulle vi få. Fikk ny bekreftelse at pengene var refundert, men det ble de aldri. Har reklamasjonssak hos banken. Dette var i Juli.

Bestilte en PlayStation 5 28.07 og hørte ikke noe. Sendte flere e-poster for å kansellere bestillingen, men fikk ikke svar. Så kom det en bekreftelse på refusjon 28.8, men ingenting er kommet enda pr. 11.09.
De svarer ikke på mail. Lurer på hvordan dette går?

Bestilte en PS5 i juli, fortsatt ikke mottatt. Etter at jeg kansellerte bestilling og bad om pengene tilbake, sluttet de å svare. Ingen PS5, ingen penger tilbake. Saken er klagd inn til banken.

Scam: Ordered and paid for a PS5. Never received anything and money is now lost I guess if not refunded by the bank. Then when you complain, all you get are excuses like "We are on a holiday / people are on sick leave". When I sent a complaint, cancelled the order and wanted a refund - a guy called Trond (seems like he is the only one "working" there), then sent me a meaningless "confirmation" that my money has been refunded. Meaningless cuz his "confirmation" is basically just a screen dump with some numbers on and text on it. The only confirmation of value would be to send documentation of the bank transaction itself. All dialog is useless. They only keep it going to delay you from reporting them to the police and bank. By doing so they can keep the scam going for a longer periode of time.

Ordered an Xbox Series X on 21. July. Requested an update on 26. July, as i hadn't received any tracking number. They said they were busy, and promised to make it up, and send the console very soon.

I've since sent 3 emails, with no replies. Likely a scam. Betting on my Credit card company to refund.

In the end, I did get a "Notification of refund", but I never got an actual refund. Did chargeback through credit card company. Also, the website is down.

No delivery but money charged. Poor communication and also gone to lengths to hide contact info on site but surprisingly also in public records!

This is an obvious scam, and mr. Trond (whos last name I will leave out of this since he probably lies about that too...) has sent two screenshots "proving" that the money is refunded, which they are not.

This is fradulent, stay away.

This is a scam site. I ordered a rtx 4080 gpu for $1500, but I got my money back from mastercard and reported him to the police.

I have now received a refund from the company. Remarkably, it took just 8 days from the moment mastercard refunded my money. I believe that an email from mastercard or the police might have compelled the company to repay the money.

For those of you who have been scammed by this company, my advice is to report the scam to both your credit card company and the police. By doing so, there is a chance that you may also recover your money.

Kudos to mastercard and my bank for refunding my money, only 1 day after I reported the scam.

Bestilte en Xbox 15 Juli. Har ikke mottatt den ennå. Sendte Mail om status på når jeg ville få den levert. Ingen svar. Har bedt om å få pengene tilbake, ingen ting skjer. Dette selskapet har påført meg massevis av problemer. Måtte sperre kort, id osv. Selskapet har ikke til formål å drive forretningsmessig handel. Dette er svindel virksomhet i en eller annen forstand. Pass på å ikke gi fra dere sensitive opplysninger.

Ikke svarer de når jeg skriver mail. Og ting de har på lager er enda ikke sendt. Klarer ikke ta dette seriøst, har bedt om kansellering av ordre å penger tilbake men spørs lenge det går ettersom de ikke svare på mail.

This is a scam site, ordered a xbox series X, heard nothing from them, contacted them on customer support and email, when i finally got an answer was when i had put my lawyer on this case and talked with google, my bank and police. Then he suddenly replied back and transferred the money back, at the same time he answered all these reviews on this site that also says its a scam. People like these need to be exposed for others to stay away.

Answer to gamerspace reply: He did not answer me in 6 days, and when he first did after i said what
people i had contacted about this problem, then he suddenly answered me at night time...

Edit: Now he is flagging every negative review, this site had alott more negativ reviews about the same problem, but he is trying to remove them at all cost just to continue scamming people. This review is not going away, because i have/had evidence of this scam to provide Truspilot with, so the review will stay up for people to see the truth.

Bestilte en xbox på tilbud og fikk den litt forsinket, tok ca 10 dager, men totalt sett fornøyd da tilbudet var ganske konge.

Scammed me for 450 euros, ordered a gpu and got an email two weeks later saying that my order was cancelled and refunded. Never got the gpu or my money, and they're no longer answering my emails.

Edit: Vet ikke hvilken konto dere mener pengene er tilbake på, men det er ihvertfall ikke min konto.

Kjøpte en playstation 5 som var utmerket for sønnen min. Nå spiller vi fifa sammen og livet smiler.
