The good: made an order. Received an order.

The bad: did not receive the correct order. Got no confirmation email for the order. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Used the contact form on the website twice (first to confirm my order, second to say I got the wrong order) but got no reply either time.

So my juice has just arrived. Tried it on what little life my pod has left. Really nice juice. Some of the best I've had in a long time these guys clearly like to satisfy their customers. I am now a new customer from now on. I was however missing my pods but it was no big deal. I just called them up and they have now sorted it out there. Sending me my pods plus an extra pod and an extra bottle of juice for the inconvenience obviously. But really really professional about it. So game on it now. Game on like yeah the juice is fantastic and the customer service is on point like 10 out of 10. Thanks to thattourette'sgamer for the promo code and yeah I would like to see short fill 50/50 mixes but however, I will shoot them an email and ask them can like a 70/30 mix go through my pod

The customer service from this company cannot be faulted at all. They go above and beyond what most staff would do to make sure you have the right products and are satisfied with what you have received. The juices from here are absolutely sublime and I will be going back for more, not just for the juice but also for the service.

As an American, I was very nervous to try something different from another country. I’m also VERY picky on my juice brands and flavors. GAME ON was an amazing choice. It’s now my favorite brand and couldn’t be more happy to have taken that leap of faith. I’ve tried nearly every flavor from their 120ml to 60ml. I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of the juice, the amazing flavor you get with every hit, and how many flavors you can choose from. GAME ON is my favorite brand and will not disappoint you either.

A friend once told me to try this liquid because I struggled to find a liquid where the flavour didn't disappear after consuming so much out of a bottle. This stuff is literally fantastic, tastes great, smells great and the customer service is A+++.

Game On Juice is something I got into a few years ago with the gaming side of the brand, if you know GFUEL I picture GOJ like them guys. The products are fantastic as well, and there is always room for suggestion on new flavours. Rainbow Chew is my personal favourite as it tastes like a packet of skittles and due to my teeth being bad (years of smoking cigs, thanks to Game On Juice it helped me to quit that), it gives me that taste of skittles without eating it.
