Eagles coasters
Bought for my husband as a birthday gift from the kids. The coasters look to be good quality, were well packed and arrived in good condition. Time will tell if they stand up to regular use, but looking good at the moment. Biggest bonus is that my dining room coasters have stopped going missing!

Slow delivery and spelling mistake on coaster
Ordered 8 Feb and paid for priority despatch. Received email 9 Feb to say item had been despatched. Item finally delivered 21 Feb. Complained about having paid extra for priority despatch and was refunded £1. Liverpool is spelt ‘Liverpoo’ on one coaster so not impressed and wish I’d never bothered. Two stars as the slate is otherwise ok but spoilt by the mistake

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the spelling error on your coaster. "Liverpoo" is an embarrassing manufacturing typo on our end, and that specific batch absolutely should never have made it past our quality control checks.
We have since sent you a brand new, flawless replacement set completely free of charge.
We also want to clear up the confusion regarding your delivery timeline. You placed your order on February 8th, which was a Saturday.
You paid for priority dispatch, which ensures your order skips the warehouse queue and gets packed immediately, this is why you received your dispatch notification the very next day on Sunday, February 9th.
Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch. When calculating this, weekends do not count towards the transit time. Because your package was travelling across weekends, its arrival on February 21st actually means it was delivered safely within our expected timeframe!
The £1 you received was simply our system automatically refunding your priority dispatch fee as a courtesy since you were unhappy with the overall transit time.
