So I've been using the modpanel for about 6 years now. Everything was working fine until recently, the last couple of days (3), I was trying to gift myself with my modpanel coins, and everything was unavailable. I tried to reach out to customer service as they have previously helped me out, but no one was answering. The only one online is the bot that doesn't even answer your questions properly. It just gives you a Discord link, which doesn't actually work when you're on Discord because it doesn't let me join. I really don't know what's going on; they used to be a reliable site. I just want answers or updates. I've invested more than $100 in the modpanel. The only thing I ask for is for them to take some form of responsibility and respond. I'm really disappointed that after this long, they have decided to take the money and bail on everything they've built.

This was decent. but anytime i tried to buy anything with the coins I SPENT MONEY on it says ''maybe this item is to expensive for what we can afford right now'' and anything im clicking taht isnt above 30k says that. its annoying. either give me my money back for those coins in credits or im sueing for false advertisment and scamming.

Do not trust this! They didn't give me any coins and i cant purchase anything, they dont help either and their discord is broken so you cant get any help on this, is a huge SCAM

Do NOT TRUST this "company" or any of the reviews which you read here that are positive. They are written by people who they promise might win a prize if they write a positive review (Nobody wins or has won anything).

This company will NOT offer you the services it promises and will effectively steal your money without providing any customer service or refunds. They have no support server on their website and you cannot log a ticket.

If you go into their discord server and make a complaint, you will be ignored and then banned by their incompetent, sensitive and psychotic moderator NotJae#3015 who is covering up for the scam and getting paid to bully and mute people in the server who ask for their money back.

The company promises a VIP package and none of these "services" or Boosts actually work. The XP boost doesn't work, the likes and views are not delivered and you cannot purchase anything from their store. Yet they continue to advertise their products/promotions and collect money from customers anyway, completely ignoring complaints or banning people from their server who complain and do not get their refund.

They also offer Crown top ups which are NOT cheaper than what Avakin Offers. They simply use a VPN and purchase the crowns for you from a country where you can buy them cheaper anyway from the Avakin Webstore and then resell them at a HIGHER price to their customers. People who have asked why they promise it is cheaper also get banned from the discord server.

Horrible company with the worst customer service you can imagine. It's just a giant fraudulent operation at this point. If you have been scammed, request a chargeback from your bank, report the discord server for scamming and leave a genuine review here.
