Scammers
I currently have over $41,000 locked on my Gambana account with no resolution.
This started on 25th March after I won the balance through normal betting activity. Since then, I have sent over 20 emails and fully cooperated with every request, yet communication has been extremely poor and inconsistent.
Gambana have now stated that there was fraudulent activity involving one of their third-party game providers. However, instead of resolving this fairly, they are using this as a reason to withhold my funds — despite this being an issue on their side, not mine.
To make matters worse, they have tried to justify their decision by referencing withdrawals that were actually from legitimate sports betting (horse racing), which is completely unrelated to the casino game in question.
Prior to this, I also experienced a serious security issue through their live support, where an external party had access to my personal information and used it to scam me. This raises serious concerns about their platform security and customer data protection.
Despite all of this:
– My account has been locked
– My funds remain inaccessible
– I have received no clear explanation or resolution
I have done nothing wrong and have acted in good faith throughout.
At this point, I am simply asking for a fair resolution and access to my funds.
