The app they have is truly remarkable. When I first used it to record my voice and reflect on my day, it revealed that my stress levels were alarmingly high and my mood was extremely low. Surprisingly, this analysis turned out to be completely accurate, serving as a wake-up call for me to prioritize my health. Ever since then, I've been utilizing the app and its available resources to gain insights into my mental and physical well-being. The impact has been transformative, leading me to adopt healthier habits and experience greater happiness. It's amazing how simply being aware of our state can profoundly change our lives for the better. Galvan has certainly proven to be instrumental in my personal journey of self-improvement.

I own nodes in a lot of other projects and Galvan is far better in communication, transparency, community engagement, and rewards. If I had more money, I would buy more Galvan Nodes. And the Galvan App is spot on, finally a Move-to-Earn project I can get behind.

I love the Health and Wellness platform and the ability to earn crypto based on my personal activity. The Wellness checkin is cool new technology as well to see results on my wellbeing day to day!

I have been using the tool now to track my fitness activity for 28 days straight. I love seeing the data and progress, and it helps push me to be active daily.

Their app is incredible. The first time I did a voice recording of how my day was going… It showed that my stress levels were in the red (not healthy) and my mood was very low. Which was completely accurate and made me aware that I need to take my health a lot more seriously! So I use this app and their resources to bring awareness to where I’m at mentally and physically. And it’s helped me become healthier and feel happier. Sometimes just bringing awareness is all you need to change your life for the better! And this has been the case for me with Galvan.

I'm very satisfied with the Galvan wellness app. It syncs well with my Fitbit app and really motivates me to engage in walking at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week. I also have become mindful of my mental disposition through using the AI speech recognition for monitoring the level of my stress, mood, and energy. It is a great app that is in the early stages of development. They also have a GREAT Customer Support Team. The response to questions I've asked has been prompt and always solved the issue that I reached out to them about.
