Bought a pair of the ladies Breton shorts after only 4 cycles wearing them they split on the inner left seam .Really disappointed as they were a birthday present for wife

I’ve bought a pair of classic bib shorts and a lightweight jacket. Both arrived within 24 hours. Outstanding quality - incredible value. Both fit as per measurements and the shorts are extremely good quality with excellent padding. You can see the pride Galibier put into their work- well done guys.

Brought a pair of Trail mtb shorts. After only 3 rides and washes at 30 degrees there is bobbling of the material just below the rear pocket. These shorts have only been used on the road, with a tee shirt and no back pack or bag on my back. Having brought a lot of the Galibier cycling apparel over the years and been very happy with the quality, these are terrible. Also customer service not it's normal 100%. Sad to write this review.

Really great company for high-quality, reasonably priced and well-designed cycling kit. Worth double-checking reviews and info for sizing before ordering; however, they've been absolutely brilliant in terms of refunds and exchanges.

Of all the kit I've bought, the Mistral Pro2 Jacket is outstanding. Beautifully tailored with a little inner which also zips up. The cut and fabric are excellent. I've also bought their gilets which are equally well-made, and come with an array of pockets when so many gilets don't. Superb value.

Usual brilliant service and clothing from galibier. Superfast free delivery and great pricing.
Whenever I contact them they email back immediately.
Their clothing is better quality than larger well know manufacturers but much cheaper.

I'm having similar experience w/ Plonker Singh with regard to my order of a winter jacket and winter gloves. Galibier emailed to let me know that my order has been processed and completed, WITHOUT a tracking #, on Feb 15. Finally, after a week, I emailed them back twice and once through their Customer Service web page to get an update on my order. It's been only a day since I contacted Galibier so I'm going to give them a day or two but I'm concerned that it might be a long wait...

Galibier cc. Is without a douth one of the most professional and trustworthy companies that I have dealt with in a long time. Their customer service team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient . Their dispatch of products are very efficient as they dispatch twice a day. The quality of their garments are top class and at a very reasonable cost . I would highly recommend this company.Their garments are made using inovational materials to benefit all types of cyclists .I especially like the trustworthy approach they afford all their customers. 5 star recommendation is totally deserved..

Galibier are a proper old-fashioned company where customer service and quality are paramount. I have now bought both clothing and accessories from them for my daughter and I. The products are fantastic and offer the best value for money I have found in many years of cycling. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Started using this company just a short while ago, I have nothing but praise for them, excellent products at fair and reasonable prices. Sure you can pay double the prices, but end up with half the features. Quick postage, no hassle return and exchange, what’s not to like?

I ordered a winter jacket as the weather has been getting colder. I paid extra for tracked delivery.
I never received a tracking code.
I contacted Galibier about a week later and asked them for a tracking number.
It took 2 emails and 48 hours for them to respond. They supplied me with a tracking number that did not work.

I informed them of this but they fobbed me off for a few days. Eventually they admitted that it had not been sent via tracked postage.

It has now been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my jacket and no communication from them.

Susanne answers their emails and is very polite but basically ineffectual.

I won't order from them again. They are shambolic

I bought some winter cycling wear from galibier.cc and the quality of the clothes far exceeds my expectations.

The sizing is correct,
Fabric is good, some cost-saving can be noticed such as not using YKK zippers, but I am very happy with the overall quality.

Highly recommended for everyday wear in harsh conditions.

I would definitely go back to get a wind/rain jacket soon.
A handwritten postcard and little gift was a pleasant surprise too.

The only downside is international shipping is rather costly.

I purchased the Galibier winter gloves in XL and the size is as described and really warm. i also purchased winter socks. Fantastic value for money, really good quality. I will certainly use again and all rider i have recommended to have been equally impressed. Great customer service and experience.
