Excellent and Profession

We had the pleasure of dealing with Himani, and they were excellent throughout. They were polite, professional, and provided thorough updates on everything. Their enthusiasm and dedication to keeping me informed made communication easy. They were very proactive in following up. Himani's commitment and consistent communication really stood out. Highly recommended.

I have to say the way Maneet handled…

I have to say the way Maneet handled everything really stood out. He provided all the information upfront, kept communication clear, and made sure I understood what was needed. Even though the work didn’t go ahead, that level of professionalism and attention to detail is what makes a company stand out. Would be happy to work with them in the future!

Galaxy real estates

We just bought a home with Galaxy Real Estates, and it was a great experience! The team was very friendly, helpful, and made everything easier than we thought. They kept us informed at every step and were always ready to answer questions or help when things got tough.

We want to say a big thank you to Kawaljit, Himani, Daljeet Kapoor, and Harry Sachdeva for all their help in making everything go smoothly. Their friendly nature and extra effort really made a difference. We highly recommend Galaxy Real Estates to anyone looking for a trustworthy and helpful estate agent!

Great Service

Just wanted to share my experience with Galaxy so far. Sumit has been fantastic - polite and knowledgeable. He responded to queries quickly and has been extremely helpful. Also a huge thanks to Manveen and Kamal who sorted out all the paperwork efficiently and kept us in the loop as things developed! Many thanks!

Inefficient company, great agents

Firstly I would like to say that the company is quite inefficient due to be being mainly London based, which leads to long response times and a struggle to arrange viewings. However from my experience the actual agents do try their absolute hardest to work around this. The best example being Nav Grover, every time I got him on the phone he tried his best to help me and for that appreciate it.

Very good communication

Galaxy kept us updated throughout the whole purchasing process. We were given main contact numbers and even whilst Himani was on holiday we were given other contact details. Great service, highly recommended
