We couldn’t find flights for a conference under $1200 each so we contacted Galaxyescapes and talked to Marcus. Not only did he get us tickets but they were $300 cheaper. Great customer service! We will definitely use Galaxyescapes agian!!

It did however take longer than expected to get our tickets from airlines. Marcus did make it his priority to help us . This was also a second choice for us and more money than originally expected but worked out in the end . We are happy .

I had a hard time finding the times and dates for an upcoming trip and needed help. Marcus Wilson took a lot of time helping me get what I wanted for this trip. Flying from one small airport to another can get very expensive, but he found what I wanted and secured it for me.

He was responsive. We spoke on the phone at least three times. Instead of the $1200 flights he was able to book me for $450. Thank you Marcus.

There were problems with email from him to me and we never figured out why, but using an alternative email address finally solved this issue. Using my preferred email address (___ @charter.net) I was never received his emails, although I could use it to send him emails.

I just tried to use it to submit and it still won't work.

Marcus was a great help in assisting with our booking. I was skeptical at first but after speaking with him, I felt at ease and within 48 hours my booing was confirmed.

We will be using Marcus for our future reservations.

A bait and switch scam. they had posted one fare and when they called, they raised the cost to over $500.00 dollars.

Austin was very helpful with booking my flights and ensuring that everyone would be taken care of. He also Called to confirm that I received all ticket information. I definitely recommend this site. It’s legit!

Started off a bit rocky. Had some trust issues since I never used this company before. Waited on tickets that ultimately never showed up and the airline never got back to galaxy escapes. But everything worked out once Austin stepped in to help me. Got my flights for me and my two friends at an amazing price, on the dates we needed, from the airport we wanted, and at the times we needed. Just got the e-tickets in my email from American Airlines and I am ecstatic to say the least. Austin went above and beyond by even calling me on a Sunday afternoon after I had already cancelled my previous transaction with them that never went through. He kept an eye out for flight deals and contacted me as soon as he found a deal that fit my requests. Austin is the best! Nick was very professional and very helpful. After purchasing my tickets Nick called and confirmed that i would be getting my e- ticket via email with 24 hours. 1st time using this travel agency only issue is that they charge me a service fee on top of my airline tickets. I could’ve found these same tickets on the website that i usually use for less and get my itinerary and e tickets within seconds of making payment, but i wanted to experience another website. Good thing is that you get to chat online and you can also speak with representative and finalize your your tickets.
