Paid for my order and still haven't received it, reached out numerous of times and still nothing I just want the pills

I still didn’t get my package and I am waiting since forever 🙄

It’s been way over 2 months no product no confirmation!! When requested my money back she declined all cash app requests!! SHE IS A SCAM DONT ORDER WITH HER!!!

I love the products an the customer service is great

never received my packed! they lied and said it was delivered

I ordered sep 22, 2023, it’s now Oct 28, 2023 I haven’t received anything not a confirmation email or shipping confirmation. I have been reaching out to the owner and got NO response I still don’t know if I’ll ever get my package.

Never received my order, reached out multiple times with no reply.

I ordered the appetite vitamins and have not received them and they was order on 6 October

If I could rate her a zero that will be to good for the poor customer service she has provided!! I requested my money on multiple occasions she denied every single cash app request!! I also messaged her on multiple occasions she still would not reply ,it’s been almost 2 months I sent my money to her atp I’m starting to think she is a scammer now all she had to do was send the money back

I never received my order I contacted her multiple times she lies and stated she was going to contact her assistant cus she was out of town. I never heard back from her at all. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. I have screenshots of me contacting her multiple times.

I’ve ordered from this company MULTIPLE times in the past and she’s always been GREAT! I haven’t received my recent order in almost two months. BUT I am going to go out on a limb and say this may be due to the recent hurricanes (she is based in Florida). I’m praying Miss. Ithy is okay. But be careful guys, if you order right now, you may not receive it.

Purchased GML Apeti Pills Sept 5th and had no updates since then. Still says awaiting shipment. I’ve contacted Ithy via text message 3 times and requested my cashapp payment twice and she declined both times. I’ve purchased from her twice before this year and had NO issues. I loved the product and I only trusted purchasing from HER. She used to respond, communicate and even sent emails frequently… This is very unprofessional & disappointing… if you’re thinking about buying please do not even waste your time. I hate I even have to do this. Send me & the rest of these people back their money Ithy if you’re not going ship out the product!!!! It’s giving SCAM!

I placed an order on October 2,2023 8days has passed no confirmation nothing taking a loss not my first time ordering from ithy but I will never make a purchase again I feel like I got scammed what type of business do stuff like this to people who order from a website could have emailed me or something..
