Uz uredno obostrano potpisan ugovor o izvršenju usluge prevoza od tačke A do tačke B u jasno precizirano vreme, 2 sata se niko nije pojavio, javljao na telefon, da bi na kraju poslao 2.prevoznika nakon sto poziva gde niko nije nadležan.
Da ne spominjem pretrpljen stres ljudi koji su čekali, vrućinu, čoveku kom je pozlilo, i njihovu bahatost sa druge strane na sve to.

We had a wonderful time with our wildebeest migration safari. The guide was professional and eloquent. Described various wildlife animals, birds and the maasai culture in a way that impressed us. As we leave maasai Mara I highly recommend Gaga tours for the professionalism.

It’s now clear to me why this company has no genuinely honest reviews they have absolutely no idea how to deal with clients. Before payment, they will message you every day, chasing you, giving constant updates, and convincing you to book. But once they get your money, they completely change their attitude ignoring you, replying rudely, and often answering off-topic.

They knew our flight details and arrival time, promised to be punctual, yet left us standing outside in the cold for an hour in the morning. Then they assigned us a driver/guide for Masai Mara who was inexperienced, drove poorly, didn’t allow us to properly watch the animals, took criticism personally like a child, and ignored our requests or pretended not to hear them. The whole experience was ruined. Such people should not work with tourists. Needless to say, he received no tip because of his attitude.

I strongly advise against booking with them if you value your time, nerves, and money. There are plenty of other companies offering the same tours while treating guests with genuine respect I’ve seen this firsthand with our friends. Unfortunately, with this company, it was the complete opposite and a huge regret.

And to make matters worse, their agent, Justice, responded to messages in an aggressive, rude manner, showing zero professionalism or client communication skills. I have all the screenshots as proof.

Gaga Tours didn't just show us africa, they made us feel it. From the arrival at JKIA airport, we weren't tourists but honored guests. Our guide Davy, felt like family. Patient with our endless questions,intuitive about our interests. If you crave a safari that touches your heart as much as your camera, this is it. Gaga Tours kenya is the best for 4×4 jeep safaris

Best safari moments for us and family. The safari destination was amazing, arrival on time with muddy roads at the maasai mara but we eventually made it. The lodges had the best of services the foods were according to our specification and the maasai guides did the best to do it. We also had a chance to visit the maasai manyatta where we experienced the maasai culture first hand thanks to Gaga Tours Kenya. We will book our next safari on December again!

I recently took a 3-day, 2-night safari to the Masai Mara with Gaga Tours, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and exceeded my expectations.

The tour guide, Towett, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the journey both educational and enjoyable. The safari itself was breathtaking, with stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, and the highlight was witnessing a lion hunt at dawn.

The accommodations were comfortable and provided a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The meals were delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes.

Overall, I highly recommend Gaga Tours for anyone looking to explore the beauty of the Masai Mara. This safari was truly a memorable adventure, and I can't wait to book my next trip with them!.

The bus driver was extremely unpleasant, he shouted at the passengers. We were horrified and scared.

Been to kenya on a Road Safari from Nairobi Jkia -Amboseli National Park- Moshi Tanzania. I didnt know i could hit the two countries in just a single safari. Sometimes you have to just park your bags and take that unknown safari. It's Always different!

I have been to Africa several times but never had i thought of a safari. After the climate change summit i took a one week off and Gaga Tours was my host. Apart from the friendlyness the packages were fare having flow on a 3 days 2 nights masai mara safari and later a long drive safari to the best sandy beaches of Mombasa and later diani. Impressive!

Instead of the agreed-upon buses we were provided with 30-year old models. Do not do business with them.

Justus was great. He helped me and my family of 4 move around with ease and have all the best views of Diani. We almost overslept on the second day and it almost messed the plans we had booked with justus, but he was a great sport and held off everything until we we're ready and got out and have fun. I appreciate all the effort he put into our trip and I look forward to getting to diani again next year. Great Job Justus!
