The delivery of the product wasn’t slow but I expected better. However, the jacket is very warm and detailed which I love. The puffiness is on point and I love it.

My 14 year old son really wanted this jacket, done odd jobs to save the €165 Inc shipping fee buy it. Ordered it on the 7th of September and still not even a tracking number. They should Employ whoever deletes the Instagram comments to reply to customer service emails because they are quick. Still no jacket, no tracking number. No 24-72 hour reply that Was promised. Its coming from the Uk, We leave in Ireland. I've has quicker shein orders. Disgrace. Don't waste your money

I bought the Gabos puffer 3.0 and it arrived within 3 days I’ll tell you guys something I’ve been spending soo much money on a Canada goose every year from selfridges and this jacket beats it in every aspect the fleece inside the pockets are warm the detail is mad and they kept it clean making u look nonchalant

Great company I ordered a 3 piece windbreaker tracksuit for my son he tried it on and it was too small put that down to the type of material I emailed the guys about it and returned it in the post to them as soon as I sent them tracking details the new one was already in the post to me and have a very happy son with a new outfit that now fits perfectly thank you he will definitely want to order again from u keep up the good work guys

Order was made 22 December 2024. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has handled my case. Since January 2025, I have been trying to resolve a simple issue—my order never arrived, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have been ignored repeatedly.

I clearly requested either a refund or a replacement for the missing jacket, yet I have received neither. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company that presents itself as reputable.

Unfortunately, my experience suggests a complete disregard for customer service and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability. I would caution others to think twice before placing an order, as this situation has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.

I bought the wrong size by accident however the Gabos team acted sharpish and did a quick exchange ensuring I got the right size.
