I had never heard of the company but my 17 year old son asked for the Street Bomber Jacket 3.0 Magma Black Puffer Jacket in small for winter coat so ordered on 19th November and received on 25th November, was easy to order and had regular updates. My son is very happy with the coat and seems to be made better than the one he had last year from Mercier that didn't last long before I had to repair it. This coat from Gabos looks good, looks well made and thick heavy coat. Son happy so I'm happy

Note to trustpilot - please give us an option for zero stars because of companies like this one.
Seriously shocking customer service. As an online store, customers need to be able to exchange an item if it doesn’t fit as they have no way of trying the item on before buying. These people refused to even offer me an EXCHANGE for another size. So I have been left with a coat that doesn’t fit and I have no use for it now. It is not exactly a cheap item either. They didn’t bother to reply to my complaint email too. Unbelievable customer service.
Don’t worry, I will be contacting my bank to get the money back off you. In the meantime, I advise everyone to please stay away from this unjust, disorganised company that does not care about its customers.

I recently bought a jacket from them and everything was perfect. The delivery was fast, clearly communicated, and I was well informed throughout the process. I definitely recommend this brand. Just keep in mind that if you’re ordering from outside the UK, you will have to pay import fees.

Got my jacket during Black Friday sale and they still managed to make it arrived in 3 working days which was brilliant! Jacket is really good quality and has been keeping me warm. 5 starts for me!

Delivery was a bit delayed but they threw in a free hat which was nice to go with the jacket, the puffer jacket itself keeps you very warm and is nice overall.
I will be purchasing again in the future as I feel this brand is very underrated.

Wont accept returns or refunds for faulty items
I purchased a coat for my son, 2 days later the badly stitched seam came loose. They wouldn’t let me return or exchange it - said they would reimburse me if I got it repaired. Ended up having to claim on my credit card, It’s social media savvy, cleverly branded item but ultimately just cheap Chinese imports with branded embellishments operating out of their bedroom, AVOID!

I was supposed to get compensated…
I was supposed to get compensated because in the website it looked like the jackets were already in stock with 3-7 business days delivery. The item wasnt in stock so i received my jacket more than a month later and i expected an item as compensation like a beanie but i did not get compensated. The jacket is top notch and money worth tho, if you like to wear oversize, order one size bigger than your average. Support answered me often too.
