I have been a client for gaala for a few years now and I am very happy with their clothes. The atemporal design, fabrics and careful craft make the investment worth.
Client service sometimes falls a bit behind, for they are not able to accomodate some requests like reducing the shipment time for some made to order items, even if you are a regular customer, what is understandable but sometimes it is a bit more urgent.
Otherwise all perfect. Sugest checking chart of measurements.

Ihre Bestellungen kann man imlaut Website innerhalb 24h kostenlos stornieren, was ich auch getan hab. Diese Stornierung wird allerdings ABSICHTLICH ignoriert und bei späteren Mails heißt es dann, dass eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich sei, weil ich als Kunde mich zu spät gemeldet hätte. Und für das Zurücksenden oder Annahme verweigern wollen sie dann auch nochmal 15€ abziehen, damit IHRE Kosten gedeckt sind. Also das ist absolute Kundenabzocke und BETRUG!!!!

My order was cancelled due to incorrect stock information, yet 3 weeks later I still haven’t received a refund. It’s been 6 weeks with neither the item nor my money. Customer service has been stringing me along with no resolution. Not a professional way to handle orders.

I've purchased from Gaala a couple times and it seems like something has changed in the last year. I recently purchased two items and opted for the made to order option with a note that I'm only 160 cm and asked for it to be cut shorter, since it was widely known that this is something that they did and I had utilized in past purchases. That clearly didn't happen, as the order shipped pretty much immediately and they would previously confirm with you that you wanted it cut shorter, since that meant that it could not be returned. Ultimately I'm glad this didn't happen, because I don't think the shorter length would have made much of a difference- it was too much fabric, too overwhelming for a petite frame, large sleeves, and the waist was a bit too low. Unfortunately I just don't think their clothes are well suited to petite frames and it doesn't seem like they are offering petite options or adjustments anymore and for the price, it's just not worth it. While that's disappointing, I can understand that they must be at a point now where it's just not sustainable for their business.
That being said, the primary reason I will never order from them again is the return process. I am currently based in the US and per Gaala, returns are through UPS. This is actually not true, it's DHL. I live in the capital of my state and we do not have any DHL drop off points. The closest one I was able to find was almost an hour away. After I initially tried to drop off the return at UPS and was refused, I contacted Gaala. They did not seem to care that their return information is completely inaccurate and their suggested solution was for me to take it with me on my vacation I was about to leave for and drop it off there (I was flying to Europe), which was not feasible, or pay for the return shipping myself from UPS/FedEx/etc (for US returns, you are already deducted $20+ for return shipping). I ended up dropping it off at the location ~1 hour away.
Per Gaala, returns are supposed to be completed within 7-14 days. It's been a month and I finally received my refund today. I emailed them multiple times and did not receive a timeline of when I could expect my refund. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company since I was getting close to the 60 day cutoff and magically, my refund was suddenly processed!

I ordered from them on December 18, and today it's March 13. I haven't received my orders yet. I sent them an email and got an automated virtual assistant email that still says there is no information about my orders. I am extremely frustrated and my 120 day money return widow is around the corner. At this point it seems shady to me.
I love the style so much and had so many plans to order multiple dresses from them but now I'm so scared that I'll lose my money.

Ganz furchtbare Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe zwei bestellungen gemacht. Die erste ha eich retourniert und erst nach vielen Mails wurde der Betrag bei Klarna storniert. Eine zweite Bestellung wurde nie geliefert und der offene Rechnungsbetrag wurde auch nach 2-3 Mails noch immer nciht storniert! Finger weg!

I love Gaala! Everything I ordered I am wearing on repeat, materials are fantastic, great quality and fit. I bought some dresses and shirts, same model in all colors. Also, winter coat already second season wearing, like new, perfection!

Gaala makes intemporal, classy and well fitted clothes, designed for feminine and romantic women. For me it’s a haven in the midst of a world full of poorly designed fast fashion. Quality is great as well as costumer service

I've purchased a couple of pieces in the past few years and all of them have aged really well. So beyond the fit and style which is always personal, I can vouch for the quality of the fabrics and seams, the pieces are really well made and durable.
