Graham + Sibbald Omdömen

Having sold houses in the past we know that surveys/home reports can be a stressful process. However, Craig Henderson completed the recent home report on our property with professionalism, honesty and transparency. This clarity meant we knew exactly what was happening and it made the process the least stressful we have experienced.

Commendation to your surveyor who advised of arrival time as requested and carried out what I considered to be a thorough and professional survey carried out with care, not rushed and all aspects fully explained and all questions answered.

Communication with there office was polite, understanding and professional at all times. Andrew conducted the survey with his own form of professionalism ,most informative , care, respect and understanding of the property. His report was excellent and showed exactly what was required for a straightforward sale. The house sold within a very short time. Highly recommend Graham & Sibbald . Wishing them well in the future

I was very satisfied with Dominic’s thorough investigation carried out. He went above and beyond expectations and would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much Dominic if only every company was as good as you.

I have been dealing with Graham + Sibbald for a while on the hunt for properties and throughout my hunt, my point of contact has been Euan.

He makes the process so much easier and his attentiveness is rare to find... so much so that even though I have now agreed a property with annoyingly, another estate agent, I still feel the need to give him enormous thanks.

Euan reached out to me consistently to provide property updates and whenever he showed me around, took a keen interest in current operations. If every estate agent was like Euan it would be a much easier process for everyone!!

An enormous asset to Graham + Sibbald.

Highly professional, friendly and respectful staff. Very impressed by the report writer's ability to set out the issues in a measured tone.

Excellent experience and professionalism from Dominic McCormick. Great communication throughout and very prompt home report.

Dominic was very helpful and explained the process from start to finish. Would highly recommend and use Graham & Sibbald again.

I just liked the speed in which G+S conducted business. I needed a property valued quickly and it was done within days and the final report was done quickly too. The valuer was pleasant when he visited. Just a very efficient and professional company for me.

Very prompt and professional service from the Aberdeen team for my home report and EPC. A couple of queried items on the report discussed completely amicably and final report completed within hours.

Good communication from the office throughout and well written report from Michael.

Great service from Michael at Graham & Sibbald from start to finish, very helpful and accommodating with visit times, explained the process clearly and concisely and arrived on time. Would highly recommend Michael and his company and would not hesitate to use again.

Great service from Dominic at Graham & Sibbald when selling my property and explained the full process. Also they were able to come out quickly when my home report needed a refresh to allow me to proceed with my house sale promptly.

Excellent service. Graeme the surveyor was very helpful. He explained the process fully and was very professional throughout.

Great service from Graeme Gilchrist of the Dundee Office. He explained everything to us in detail. Knowing we were selling our parents home, He was compassionate, professional and made it a very easy process for us. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, efficient service from G+S Inverness. Neil Cromatry carried out the Home Report on my property and follow up communication was great.
Would highly recommend.
(Also use G+S through work and the service is always first class)

The guys were great. Friendly and approachable, inspected the house thoroughly and effectively, and were very prompt in writing up the house report and getting it back to us in just a couple of days. Highly recommend.

No problems at all getting a home report with Graham & Sibbald, report was done quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Very unpleasant dealings with G+S company (Dundee office) in regards of performing home report on purchased property. Led to significant financial loss and unimaginable distress. After this I was blackmailed to change the bad review and threatened with legal action. Stay well away.

I contacted Graham & Sibbald after a friend recommended them as I needed a new EPC after having solar panels fitted.
I found them very professional and efficient and got me an appointment very quickly and a new certificate issued promptly.

Professional service from Graham & Sibbald.
Excellent support and advice from Syd Davison to sum up he is the best!!
Would highly recommend

Prompt, efficient, friendly and professional service from Graham & Sibbald in Stirling - from front office staff as well as from Michael Anderson, who conducted two home reports on my house. Both reflected rigorous but fair standards. The first enabled me to identify issues which I might address before proceeding to market while the second was a later 'refresher' needed by a prospective buyer. All in all, a helpful and useful experience. My thanks. (Any criticism I might have would be directed to the format of the Home Report itself, which gives little room for full understanding or nuanced judgement.)
