Had a blocked drain
Had a blocked drain, they unblocked it great with the high power jet but had drain rods stuck was told over the phone that they can get the rods out and didn’t attempt too and told they need digging out, having to now get my own tool to get them out myself £270 for just a high power jet spray is a rip off would not recommend

Fast and affordable!
Had a blocked toilet. Had an engineer out to see it within same day of the call, very polite gentleman! Fixed fast and affordable!

Can’t recommend this company enough
Can’t recommend this company enough. Had a really bad smelling manhole and couldn’t get out the house to see what the issue was due to mobility issues. A lovely young man came within 4 hours and sorted the problem swiftly.
Pricing was fair, polite engineer

Fast / friendly / no messing about & very informative as he went along. Highly recommend these guys as early hours call out and arrived within 1.5 hours & I live very remote, thanks again and best of luck going forward

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I had an ongoing drainage issue that other companies couldn’t properly diagnose, but the team here were on a completely different level. They arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and used proper equipment to identify the root cause instead of just applying a quick fix.
What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty. There was no upselling, no pressure just straightforward advice and a genuine focus on solving the problem properly. The work was carried out efficiently, left clean and tidy, and the issue has been completely resolved since.
It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with drainage problems. Reliable, knowledgeable, and worth every penny.
