I need motivation and accountability- I cannot maintain consistency successfully on my own. I don’t want to have to become an expert to learn about musculature/which muscle groups need what type of work/how to build in variety/how to change up rep/weight amounts to build strength/how not to get bored. This is why trainers cost money: it takes expertise to do it right (and safely)! My trainer is a GODSEND of doing all the mental work so that I can focus on the physical work. And she is positive, empathetic, fun, informative, and motivating. She works to build a program specifically for my needs and works WITH me to find what works best FOR me. I LOVE FUTURE!!!

Evan Coleman is fantastic! He has been a consistent and knowledgeable collaborator in my health and fitness journey. Training methods, knowledge of nutrition, creative, and flexible... I am thrilled with Evan's attention to detail, motivational techniques, vast knowledge base, growth mindset, and positive attitude about me and my gains.

The app is beautifully designed and the coaches are great. Has made it easy to keep a consistent workout regiment going that is getting increasingly harder!

I run a company and have two kids at home. Life is chaotic, but my coach, Kurtis, stays on top of me and keeps me accountable to get my workouts in. The app is fantastic, but the power of having a real coach who’s always available is what makes Future stand out!

I've used Future for a little over a year now, and can honestly say it's one of the best things on my phone. The team at Future have built a rock-solid and engaging experience.

While it's (sadly) not possible to be able to download the ability to run a 10km, Future is probably the closest you'll find to being able to: download, pay money, get fit.

My trainer, Jacob, is awesome. So knowledgeable and friendly and always willing to work around any changes in my schedule. He is always helping me and encouraging me when I miss my workouts and pushing me to get better.
The app has had a couple of issues lately, but I'm sure it will be fixed in no time. No issues before the last week or so.
I would recommend Future to anyone wanting to seriously up their workout experience.

Completely transformed my health profile!

I had been doing haphazard exercise regimens before Future. The Future trainer understood my goals, and got me much leaner and actually building muscle in my upper body, unlike I was ever able to do before. She also serves as a nutritionist and helped me move toward more proteins to help build muscle.

I couldn't do this work by myself. I look forward to every workout even some are extremely challenging. I am in better shape now than I was in my 30's and I am much older than that now. My trainer is always there for me, listens to me when I have questions and sets up the program that really works to help me achieve my goals.

This is a great app! You’re set up with a trainer that tailors your workouts to your goals and schedule. There are instructional videos with each exercise in case something is new to you and your trainer will give you additional pointers as your workout progresses. Highly recommended!

Future has helped me lose 20 pounds!

At the start of the Future Workouts it was really hard for me, at certain points I really wanted to give up. But that's what differs Future from other Workout Apps, it's that there's a 1-on-1 conversations with Trainers who really hold you accountable, motivates you and pushes you to do better. And if you are struggling with weights/pain, your Trainer can help you with different sets and ideas to make it better.

I also struggled a lot with Future pricing, 150USD/month isn't cheap to be honest. And if I had to pay that on top of a gym fee (I don't because my apartment has a gym - and Future Trainer can tailor your workout to what your gym equipment), I probably would have a harder time to consider. However, there's one thing with Future is that I don't need to consider my Trainer's time to workout. I can do at anytime and Future Exercises Videos shows what is the right way to do it. And if I still have doubts, I can Video Call my Trainer (obviously scheduling the time with him first) to show my exercise and he will tell me if it's right or wrong.

I do think Future is very easy and helpful for everyone if you are committed to working out independent of your objectives. But if 150 USD + Gym Membership is definitely something you might need to consider before committing to it.

Loving Future. It's gotten me to go to the gym 3-4 times per week.

Elisha is an amazing coach. I’m losing weight and getting stronger! The app is easy to follow, and I like that the workouts are tailored to my needs.

Exceptional service. Phenomenal staff, incredibly helpful programming, and game-changing way to engage with highly qualified personal trainers. Particularly impactful for frequent travelers.

I will say I have had a few issues with the application and videos syncing to the watch and to airpods

Would love to see more features in the future that allow viewing past session weight totals, pausing audio between sets, etc.

Concept and trainers are great. App and watch integration only works smoothly about 80-90% of the time. When it’s not syncing properly it really inhibits the workout

My coach has gotten me in the absolute best shape of my life. I have been working out more consistently than ever before. My coach has been on point to change my workouts for my travel schedule and make accommodations on the fly for any requests I have. I am so grateful to have found Future and would recommend it to anyone looking to get on a consistent fitness routine.

I love using Future. I have access to a professional and knowledgeable coach, who not only works one on one with me and is invested in my health, well being and progress, but also works with and around a hectic schedule! I know I am always in good hands and have a partner working side by side me!

It’s gotten me to love working out again and I’ve actually been challenging myself at the gym for the first time in a long time!
