Svar från Fussels Fine Foods Ltd
Hello Krish Soni,
Thank you for taking the time to review your shopping experience with Fussels on Trustpilot, sorry to hear you are not happy with your most recent delivery.
I spoke to Rupa this morning (13/12/24) on the phone, we are sending out a replacement for the damaged part of the order today via another courier, which should arrive to you on Monday.
Apologies once again that our courier let us down, I hope you’ll give us another chance. We are a small team at Fussels and customer satisfaction is the core of our business.
Kind regards, Andrew BB – Fussels Customer Services

Smooth and lush rapeseed oil
Smooth and lush rapeseed oil, makes the creamiest flavoursome mayo, I’ve tried them all and always come back to Fussels, my favourites the garlic mayo and lemon rapeseed oil.
