I bought this Fusion 5 tablets around two years now But every time I tried to up date .It claimed it up to date .when I check the last update was 2021 this is now 2026. it now gone very slow and some time can't get the screen on. Not happy

It’s lightweight, uses a standard USB-C charger, and really an essential for any household!

Simple and reliable

My boyfriend is a truck driver and needed something that could function as both a computer and entertainment while on the road. He is a bit old school and prefers laptops over traditional tablets, but this completely changed his mind. It works just like a computer, so he can easily access all his favorite sites, and he can also watch videos and play games on a screen that looks absolutely incredible.
It is thin, lightweight, and fits perfectly in his backpack. I also love that it comes with a stylus, which makes it even more versatile. Overall, this has been a major hit for him, and I am honestly considering getting one for myself.

Prompt email responses, useful information, quick shipping of items.
On the down side...We purchased a Helios 10 and the info on their website and Amazon is incorrect as to which keyboard/docking station works with it. It takes a specialized one that is more expensive. Fusion 5 responded and shipped the correct one quickly, but the time it takes to return the wrong one and wait for the right one is annoying.

Excellent and powerful tablet!
I want to give a review of the 12" Fusion 5 table I got. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how well it performs. When you get something of this size you sometimes don't know how well it's going to perform. This device is actually quite fast and the screen looks fantastic! There is also plenty of storage with the 512 M.2 SSD. Another surprise was how well the pen works, and it comes with the device, you don't have to pay extra for it! I didn't get the keyboard cover because I wasn't sure how much I'd use it but I'm definitely buying one as I use this all the time. Oh and you can connect an external monitor, keyboard and mouse using a USB-C dock. It powered my 27" 2K display no problem. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for an affordable, Windows based tablet, you'll love it!
