The initial quote process was simple and there was no pressure to buy once I received it.
Installation was scheduled quickly and was installed tidily over two days by a very polite and friendly team of people.
Once the work had been completed, I was shown everything that had been installed and how to use the app.
The scaffolding was then removed a week later.
One thing I had assumed was that should there be a power cut, my large battery would be able to supply my house. Turns out that I needed an optional bit of kit for this, and it would be a manual failover with limited power.
The reason for only four stars is there was no warning from this experienced installer that the gap between the solar panels and the roof is large enough to attract birds. By the time I found this out, the scaffolding had been removed and I had no way of addressing the issue myself. I now have many pigeons under there making quite a noise first thing in the morning.

Whole set up from planning to fitting panels and then commissioning went quite smoothly. Well done

We’re very happy with the installation, which is working well so much so since we’re now neurotic with the weather forecasts!
The only criticism being with the scaffolding team who turned up not realising they required additional equipment to traverse the glazed veranda - resulting in a short delay. Apparently the pre installation survey photos were not clear enough - can’t vouch for the written report!
I’m now waiting for a second battery to help with storage during dull days and with EV charging.

Great to deal with Fusion8 they keep communicating with you all the way through the process by email and telephone. The guys on sight were very thorough and the Givenergy system is working great. Fusion8 deal with all the paperwork and the grid side of things and also there is a backup service if you have any problems which I haven't had to use yet, you just sit back and let the system do its thing and I save on my energy bill and do my bit for the grid and most of all help the environment for the future.

Very good paperwork and information in advance of installation. Excellent after sales support. Installation also done ahead of the original estimated date. Very professional all round.

Great installation team, but let down with poor design and customer expectation management. For example requested Gen2 GE inverter, Gen 1 fitted with no explanation. Could have been clearer on the features of a 5kw inverter - for example this is limited to 2.6kw for battery supply capability, meaning not even possible to boil a kettle at night without grid use. Battery locked up and support request immediately pushed to GE with no ownership from Fusion. All now working fine...but a little disappointed with the overall experience.

Fusion 8 installed solar panels for us. We were impressed by their efficiency. The communication was excellent. They turned up when they promised. They finished on time, and the standard of work appears to be high (although we aren't qualified to offer an expert opinion). All the staff we met were polite and hard-working.

Overall very positive experience and excellent installation team

Although the team were a little late, once on site they were quick to get started. We talked over the position of the units which would be best for me, and for the installation of all the different units. All the equipment and cables were installed all neat and tidy, and labelled up, any cut cables or odd bits were put in a box to be taken away. The 3 men on site were very pleasant and went through the operation of all the equipment when finished. The total time took about 7+ hours

Installers arrived when expected, were considerate, friendly, polite and cleaned the site up well after the installation was complete.

Sales design work was good and quotation arrived swiftly.Advice given was good and honest.
It started to unravel a bit when the job was passed to the Install Team because they made no site visits when they have found that ours was not a normal job. With a fair bit of effort on our we got things sorted and the actual install work was very good.
Would we use Fusion 8 again? The answer is yes if they Indicated that they were interested in an install on one new build house and a ground install at another property.

The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful.
We never felt pressured at any stage - only supported.
Fusion8 set our expectations, delivered on time and their install team were friendly & helpful.
All installed in one long day - scaffolding down less than a week later.

After looking around for solar panels for a while I was impressed with how quick I got a quote with clear pricing, the team were very knowledgeable and after agreeing the design the scaffold and install were booked. I was then informed by highways that the road outside my house was being resurfaced, but no problem for the Fusion 8 team who rescheduled the scaffold and install giving me new dates and times within a couple of hours.
On day 1 of install the electrician was excellent discussed all the options and had the battery fitted a very neat job, the rails were also fitted on the roof the team were very courteous and didn’t seem to stop until the roof was ready for the panels. Day 2 the panels went up and system commissioned, I was talked through the setup and app to monitor generation and settings, all before lunch.

Fusion8 have been really good, keeping in touch with us and responding quickly to any queries. The panels were installed a few days ago by a team who arrived on time, finished on time and were polite and very helpful. We’re very happy!

We had an incredibly positive experience with Fusion 8. They were helpful right from the beginning, advising us on the best value system for our property and then provided a quick and smooth install. The team is very professional and I wish there were more solar companies as slick as this. Would recommend.

From the quote process to the final install everything went smoothly. The install team that arrived onsite were a pleasure to deal with. The only thing I would say, is to make sure that you get the largest battery you can afford, that is the only thing I would change.

Excellent customer service, with knowledgeable staff. Explained the product range and options in a way that was understandable for the lay-person. Although a new company at the time I discovered them, from the first conversation onwards, I felt in good hands. There were cheaper quotes from some companies we had contacted, but Fusion-8 seemed to offer the best alround service, with friendly, reliable workforce. Testimony of a good company is when they are there for you when issues and problems occur, which is inevitable with a 16 panel complete solar system. They were just great and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering going solar!

Initially had a couple of technical problems with the installation, but I believe it is easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes as planned. The real measure of a company’s performance is how they handle things when they don’t. Fusion-8 were great in this respect. They replied promptly, dealt with the issues efficiently and courteously.

Within a short period of time, fully functioning which could not have happened without great support from them.
