Lo bueno es que contestan y explican bien los pasos

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE! They ran my card 3 separate times claiming it was a membership thing I signed up for. I would never sign up for something I didn’t research. They use 2 different sources as they steal from you: furvista.com and giftsaler.com
Then they tried to get me to write a positive review for them 😂…I told them to do what’s right and they said they escalated it up and would; well they didn’t. If they did what’s right then I would have considered a different rating. But after seeing how horrible they are, I want to warn everyone! Hoping with all the conversations between them, my bank will refund the money taken from me! BEWARE!!

I immediately wanted to cancel the membership and wanted to a refunded. Just waiting for my refund.

I was charged by mistake I called customer service and explained that I am on fixed income. The agent did everything she would to help me with an refund

I was promised to be refunded the charge for a subscription I was unaware that I was purchasing. Currently waiting on reimbursement. As of 5/29/2026 I have not been refunded!

This company is very misleading and fraudulent. The products that were presented to me were not the products that were displayed to me after the company had charged my card. I was lead to believe I would be getting EOS products and after providing my payment information, I was then taken to Furvista which is for pet products. When questioning the company about why this happened and asking for my money to be refunded I am being railroaded into leaving a review before I can have my money rescinded back for something I had no idea I was purchasing. Terrible all the way around!!!!!

I’m not sure how I ended up with Furvista I clicked on something and ended up with a recurring charge. I believe I spoke with Eugene and they were pretty quick to act on this in canceling it, which is very much appreciated. The service was very professional and understanding. This is a trait for a business. I think that’s important to be known out there.

I’m not sure how this membership even got started. I don’t even know what the membership is about but I do appreciate y’all canceling the membership for me. I am widowed. I’m on a limited income and I would never sign up for some subscription. I don’t know what it is.

The customer service people are very accommodating. And they're very patient and nice.
