Furniture Warehouse Omdömen 

Orderd a two & three seater sofa from Furniture warehouse Peterborough on 11/06/25. To say that we are completely disgusted at the way we have been treated!! We were given a 4/6 week delivery slot. We waited and waited for our furniture to arrive and to our disappointment! It never arrived within our said time frame. I contacted the store manager Graham to get an update and he was just feeding me complete and utter rubbish!! One lie after another. He told me that the reason for the sofas being delayed was because furniture warehouse have to hire a van from a private company ?? Then I was fed a story that once AGAIN!! We would NOT be receiving our sofas because “Apparently” the van broke down…. VAN??
Surely a hire van company has a fleet of vans not just ONE van? We have NOW had to wait eight weeks for our sofas. I have taken it upon myself to call the store on several occasions to get an update as to where my sofas were and am absolutely disgusted at the fact that the store never contacted us not even once to give us an update. To this day we haven’t even had an apology from the store manager. These people are very quick to grab our money buy not supply the goods as promised. I urge anyone wanting to purchase anything from Furniture Warehouse Peterborough!! Please do yourselves a favour! Dont bother. Give them a wide birth. In the eight weeks that we had to wait for our sofas there was absolutely NO communication or customer service from the store….. disgusting!!!!

Clean welcoming store with low noise level which enhanced a lovely relaxed ambience and shopping experience. The store is well layed out which allowed for us to visualise the furniture in our own home.
James and Rob were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They gave us time to browse before assisting which we really appreciated. No heavy sales pressure.
We were looking for a bed and mattress which eventually we settled on.
We're absolutely delighted and cant wait for it to arrive.

Very pleased with my furniture had to wait a bit longer for 1 piece of my furniture but well worth the wait. Very helpful staff particularly Paula & missely at the Newark store. Will be ordering again

The sales man who help myself and my wife ( Tom, from the Melton store) was not pushy but at the same time told us everything we needed to know and made the experience of shopping a pleasure.

We used the Barnstaple Furniture Warehouse to purchase 3 new single mattresses for the kids. Paul. J was on hand to answer any questions we had, was helpful and informative and even got the kids some popcorn to keep them happy whilst shopping with Mum & Dad. Great customer service!!

Ordered wardrobes from David at the Barnstaple branch, all seems ok, will know more after delivery but I am confident in being able to assemble everything at home, there is an assembly service also if we have difficulty.

Been in a few times, like you do. Decided on the corner unit we wanted, the gentleman came over said he was called David and help us as we were indecisive about patterns. David was lovely explaining the types of units available ect.
He was very helpful and easy to talk to. He then worked out the price ect. The whole experience was helpful calm and informative. David who works at the Barnstaple branch in Devon was more than helpful. Thank you David.
