Hesitant buyers hesitate no longer!
I must admit to have being worried at things going wrong with a purely online order but I really needn't have worried. The items were not only delivered well within the timeframe expected but communication ahead of time and on the day was excellent. Delivery itself was smooth and painfree while the items were in perfect condition. The furniture was exactly what we were looking for and hoped it would be. Would heartily recommend any hesistant buyers to take the plunge - you will be happy you did!

Excellent service from furniture plus online. Dawn was first rate, extremely helpful 👏 and kept us fully informed on sale.
1st Delivery proved some what of a challenge, it was a sideboard that weighed 108kg and they sent it with just 1 (albeit very helpful young driver) we are in our 70's but fortunately very practical especially as we live in a 16th century cottage, perhaps a little more communication from Delivery firm would have been prudent

Good quality product for a good price
I bought a small oak chest of drawers from furniture plus online. I am really pleased with them, they are good quality and exactly as advertised. The furniture was delivered well within the stated delivery period and communication was good. The price of the chest was also very competitive.

An all round brilliant service
I was very pleased with my unit, with the service and impressed with the regular updates from Furniture Plus. Also it was good to have one to one contact with a member of staff with any questions. I would definitely recommend them and always look at their items first before looking elsewhere.

Good solid item of furniture.
We bought a small solid oak chest online and of course unseen. The delivery promise was 4-6 weeks, but Furniture Plus had it ready in two! They were let down by their delivery subcontractor, but helped us chase that up and we are thrilled with the chest, which is good and solid and was so well packed. Very impressive.

Website easy to use. Ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was great, contacted by the courier as expected and product arrived safely. So pleased with the quality of all the furniture we bought.

Good price
Good price, product and delivery service.
But.. possible credit card fraud. This is the only purchase I made on the card in the last year, and immediately afterwards some fraudulent transactions started coming through so I had to cancel my card.

I'm not not sure if you are implying we've been trying to make fraudulent transactions with your card or whether this just happened at the same time as you purchased your furniture from us and it is just coincidental.
I can assure you the site is secure and we take security very seriously. In over 13 years of trading online, we have never had any issues with regards to our site security.
If you see the little padlock next to our URL, you can click on this and see our site has an SSL certificate which shows it is secure.
We only use PayPal and Opayo as payment gateways. Both are market leaders when it comes to payment gateway security and are trusted by millions of merchants around the world. They are level 1 PCI compliant.

Our own site does not receive or store any card details, so even if our site was breached in some way, this information isn't even there to be taken.
