Devonshire New Oak bedroom furniture
We could not be more delighted with our Devonshire New Oak bedside tables, dressing table and mirror which were delivered on time as promised yesterday (and a week earlier than originally estimated). Really happy.

Disappointing service when it’s not the customers fault!
Furniture was delivered earlier than advised. On both occasions the delivery drivers seemed to be in a rush to just get in, dump the items and get going as quick as possible. Loads of packaging to dispose of afterwards.
Unfortunately on the second delivery the triple wardrobe was missing the rail on the robe side. After a phone call into the shop, I was assured I would receive a rail the next week from the factory. I did, however it was a rail for the double side. After another phone call where it was suggested that they thought I had said the double side (!), I was assured the correct rail would be sent however when it arrived it was like a cheap aluminium off-cut, nothing like the other rail which has resulted in us getting the double replacement cut down to size.
Overall a disappointing customer service and a feeling that they had our money, so it didn’t matter that they hadn’t fully delivered on the order.

I am sorry the wardrobe rail was missing and that you were not satisfied with the service provided.
Regrettably it isn't possible to check every item before we dispatch them.
It's frustrating when things like this happen, but we try to resolve issues like this as quickly as possible.
The missing rail was ordered the same day from the manufacturer for them to post out to you direct.
Unfortunately there was a genuine mix up with communication between us and yourself and the wrong size rail was sent out. (We have since reviewed this error and now ask customers to email requests for missing parts etc.)
As soon as we were notified of the error by email, we again arranged for the correct rail to be sent out to you. Unfortunately on that occasion, the rail was from an older batch.
Although it was the correct size it did not match the other rail.
However, we were not notified of this, had we of been we would of resolved asap.
I appreciate that this was a frustrating experience and apologies again for any inconvenience caused. However, I can assure you we value all our customers, past or present.
We hope you are pleased with the wardrobe and rest of furniture.
