Delivery address error!
1 digit incorrectly added to the postcode and the delivery company contact to say that they cannot find the address, they were unable to change it without confirmation from the retailer, Debenhams. Their text helpline could not help and told me there’s nothing they could do other than wait until the order is sent back to them after a failed delivery. I emailed to cancel the order completely but James corrected the error and had the delivery company contact me to rearrange a delivery date and he even called me to confirm that they had been in touch. James had given me amazing customer service and saved me the hassle of cancelling after not getting any help/customer support in correcting the delivery address!

chair was of poor condition bits falling of i dont know how long it will last ,,the delivery driver was rude when i asked him to put it by the door which was not very far he just dropped it and made a comment about i didnt pay for any room delivery it was not up any stairs it was heavy and we are over 60 in our household

Dunkeld Solid Oak Bed Frame - king-size
After purchasing a king-size Dunkeld Solid Oak Bed Frame I had many issues with poor workmanship and faults. I sent the first bed frame back but the second bed frame was no better.I would not recommend the bed frame because of this, however, even though the transaction was far from satisfactory, I would like to pass on my thanks to the customer service team, specifically, James.
Often times things go wrong when making a purchase, and when this happens, its how things are resolved that matters.
I believe James's professional communication, fast responses to my emails and ultimately, his support with finding a solution to the issues went someway to making things right.
I would give the bedframe 2 stars for quality but I would give James 4 stars for service.
