Best online purchase we ever done the bed and mattress quality is amazing quick delivery in 3 working days and communication with company is great thank you furniture creative ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bed is good quality for the price, no issues with the actual bed itself or the mattress. Only issue was it said 3-5 days changed to 5-7 once already ordered.
After 7 working days I contacted them myself as the tracking is useless and doesn’t change. They told me Friday (9th working day) no time slot or anything.
Friday dinner time I contacted them again and was told it would be there between 4pm and 7pm which it was. The delivery driver also rang me to say he cannot get on the street so I walked down to the end and I have no idea what he was on about I told him there’s no issue and he can drive down to which he did no problem
He then gave me the wrong bed but noticed just as my partner started to open it up in the house so I ran back to stop her.

The bed itself is great and the mattress is a lot better than I expected so I’m happy with it. I only ordered from here due to the 3-5 days being better than other places I’ve looked and me and my partner were sleeping on the floor.

They could just improve on communication as you won’t hear from them unless you contact them yourself

Bought a King size bed which is easily customised to whatever fabric and design you choose. Took about 3 weeks for delivery. Couldnt find any instructions but my husband put it together easily. All bolts and a spanner provided.
The overall design was a bit different to the picture on the website but after a quick Whatsapp message and a few pictures to the company they were more than happy to send a brand new custom headboard and footboard. Arrived within a week. Couldnt ask for more.The replacement is just as described. Quality great for the excellent price.More than happy. Especially with the after sales service. Thank you!
