Ordered two cabinets in July, expected 8 weeks for delivery - chased after 10 weeks - multiple calls, emails, Facebook messages and no reply at all. Eventually had to go via my bank to get the money back

I ordered an item advertised as “available for quick delivery,” but after weeks of silence I began to wonder if the company even existed. My emails, phone calls, and messages went completely unanswered. The phone number is just a landline that no one ever picks up.

Only after relentless chasing did I get a generic email blaming “unexpected delays” and promising dispatch the following Tuesday. That date passed with no update, and then, without warning, my order was suddenly cancelled. A week later they offered another vague excuse, and it took another couple of weeks before I finally received a refund with the saga lasting two months.

For most of that time I genuinely thought I’d been scammed. Given how many other customers have had this exact experience, I don’t think this is a one-off mistake but it’s a pattern of appalling communication and complete disregard for customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

WARNING! This is the worst company I have ever ordered from.
I ordered an expensive cabinet in April.
Said it may take 10-12 weeks for delivery.
Never get any updates. I always have to chase it up.
6 months later and I'm still waiting!!
Emails responses are extremely slow.
Now I don't get any replies at all.
After reading the reviews on here, it doesn't look like I'd be getting a refund either.
JUST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I'll be going via Paypal to get my refund now.

AVOID, paid for expensive item, countless emails ignored. Unable to track and no contact in any form back from the company. Do not buy from this company who have platforms on Facebook, the internet, Instagram and Pinterest.

I ordered a set of drawers 3 weeks ago, that were in stock. Other than the order confirmation I have received no correspondence. I have called the telephone number on their website, left voicemails, sent numerous emails, sent messages on Facebook and instagram and still no response. I think this company may be a scam. Save yourself the stress and avoid.

Really disappointed with my experience. My goods were delayed by over 4 weeks after waiting an initial 8 weeks. I opted for a full refund which I was told I would receive within 7 working days. 3 weeks later I am still waiting. I have chased this twice but have had nothing back.

Ordered a TV cabinet on 1 August, said it was in stock and would receive an email when shipped. Now the 19th and no word and can't get a hold of anyone. The customer care line is supposed to be back open today (why closed?) but get person unavailable, leave a message. It doesn't even say you've reached Furniture by Jackson. Claims they are in Northampton but no address on their website (why not?). And who is Shop? Nothing of use there either. Is this a real company or have I been scammed?

No luck with this company so far, I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received an update on the whereabouts of my order. I’ve emailed, called multiple times and Facebook messaged and have yet to receive a response. After reading multiple reviews on here with people saying it takes months to arrive and the poor communication provided by this company, I’m starting to lose hope. I just want to know when my drawers will arrive!

I ordered the Manilla Cabinet and I couldn't be happier. It's a real statement piece and it was already assembled! I just had to screw the legs in and it was ready. It's a very solid real wood cabinet and looks gorgeous. It was very well packaged to ensure no damage and it arrived within the timeframe given. I was concerned upon reading previous reviews regarding delays but Virgil at the company was quick to respond to my emails putting my mind at rest and they delivered well within the time.

I don't recommend dealing with this company as they don't have many of their items in stock for months and receiving a refund is proving to be extremely difficult. In fact I'm still waiting for my refund two weeks after they promised to issue it.
Here's the story. I ordered a bench in December and was told I would have to wait until end of February to receive it. I've waited until March they still didn't have it in stock. I asked for a refund and still haven't received it as of 1st April.
It's especially upsetting that the team make no effort to respond to your queries and on the rare occasions they do they make promises they can't keep (i.e. about delivery times and refund time processing).
Unfortunately the team have not proved themselves professional or trustworthy in my case which is very disappointing and I certainly won't be coming back.

Order was easy to make and the cabinet arrived quickly

We don’t usually leave reviews as we don’t order much online, but after moving to a new office, this is our third purchase and delivery from Jackson. It’s well worth accepting the invite to leave a review. Excellent communication from Virgil. Good quality furniture. The furniture we ordered is excellent sturdy and exactly as expected from the images and description. The price was great as well, and the delivery was well organised. The staff informed me in advance about the delivery schedule, and the item arrived on time. A very straightforward assembly process the desks only required attaching the legs while the TV stand was delivered fully assembled.

Placed an order towards the end of November, fully aware that it would take 8-10 weeks for it to be despatched as advertised. Received no further updates on my order, even after the 10 weeks expired. Emailed twice to request a status update but no response was ever received, and no further communication has been received at my end regarding any delays or a potential refund. Order is still showing as “confirmed” on their website.
Got in touch with my credit card company today to have the money refunded instead. Such a shame when trying to shop local!

Unfortunately my order was delayed I agreed to wait until after Xmas period I was offered a refund . I waited and had to send a further 2 emails after nearly 2 maths of waiting they advised cldnt ship to Ni. I did receive a full refund but was very disappointed from the outset.

Ordered a cabinet on 2nd January. Status changed to ready to ship on 14th January. Haven't heard anything since. Didn't respond to email, whatsapp, telephone calls. Lucky paid with credit card. Avoid.

Only option is one star on this occasion. Following my order placed in later December, I was prepared to wait a month for delivery of the cabinet I ordered.

They were unable to deliver the item due to damage and no replacement was available. Full refund was received with thanks. Very disappointed!

Excellent customer service. Really pleased with the product. Delivery to our room of choice by two helpful delivery men. Overall I would definitely buy from this company again.
