Arrived on time. Delivery men were friendly and helpful. Made sure they put the sofas where I wanted them.

Leg of sofa was not attached. Waited for at least a week for the sofa to be delivered only for it to not be ready for use right away. Had to go out and buy a 4 inch screw to fix it.

Very good value for money. The small fee for getting the delivery guys to unpack, make up and place the sofas just where I wanted them was very fair and they did a good job.

The delivery was fast and communication was good.

Slight negative was the lack of communication but it was not a big deal.

Ordered a lovely sofa, delivered quickly. When I unwrapped it, there were 3 scatter back cushions missing. After contacting and explaining, I was told this would be rectified and they would send a replacement cushion. I then reiterated it was 3 missing, it took another full day for them to acknowledge this but said they would be sent. Communication from this company was abysmal, they seemed to refuse to tell me a delivery day for the cushions after me asking for this multiple times, explaining that I would need to arrange for someone to be in. Then I get an email to say they're being delivered today with a link to a tracking number, this was an hour before they were due not giving me enough time to get there from work, resulting in me having to ring people close enough to get there in time to accept delivery. I just don't understand what's hard about answering questions when asked and communicating effectively.
