AVOID if you expect any after-sales…

AVOID if you expect any after-sales service.

I bought a bed and mattress from this company just ONE WEEK ago. The mattress is already sinking and the bed arrived with missing parts.

I have contacted them repeatedly to report the problems and ask for a refund, but my messages are simply being read and ignored. There has been no meaningful response or attempt to resolve the issue.

A product developing problems within a week is bad enough, but the complete lack of customer service afterwards is even more disappointing.

I paid for a new bed and mattress and expected basic quality and customer service. Instead, I am now having to consider taking the matter further through the appropriate consumer protection and legal channels.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Report them to trading standards and take them to small courts too if you can . Also the samw company is trading under other different names, be aware!

Furnesia are absolutely first class.

My experience with Furnesia has been above and beyond. Ordering was simple and delivery was very fast - just a few days. The Milan wardrobe I ordered was of exceptionally high quality and the price was unbelievably reasonable for what I received. I also opted for the assembly service which was also superb and an absolutely bargain price at £100.I would highly recommend this - the wardrobe is very large and exceptionally heavy, but despite this the assembly team had it put together in less than an hour. The team were efficient, polite, on time, and very tidy too. Delivery was also free of charge, despite the team having driven over 6 hours in sweltering heat to get to my address. Absolutely first class service all round, and I can't thank them enough. I would 100% recommend this company.

Great product. …

We had an excellent experience ordering from this company.
The fitters were extremely courteous and did a wonderful job. We ordered two Milan wardrobes and the quality was excellent. This was exceptional value for money and having them to fit them was money well spent. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality wardrobes and an excellent price.

180cm Milan Wardrobe in Grey

Just had the Guys from Furnesia fit us a 180cm Milan Wardrobe in grey and what can I say. Superb sturdy spacious piece of furniture. So much so we will be ordering a bigger one for our other room. Well worth paying the extra and have the guys assemble it. Took them less than an hour to do it. Probably would have taken me 4-5 hours. Quality product and decent respectful guys on the delivery and assembly.😄👍🏻

Super speedy delivery

Super speedy delivery, it came a day early which was a nice surprise. Everything was well packaged and the delivery driver was friendly. Quick and easy, cheers.
