I won first time I played since then been 2 years haven't win a dime almost everyone of my friends says same thing we dropping you

I would give a negative 5 points if allowed! Recently I won $2000 and their system wouldn't let me cash out until I played it all the way down to $300 and all of a sudden I was able to verify and redeem the $300. Then I go to check on the status of my cash out to find that my account was deactivated and my deposit was on hold until I sent them my ID and selfie pic. I did they released the $300 reopened my account but when I complained about the error messages when trying to redeem the $2000 they didnt care that their system was faulty. This happened on dec 31st I've asked to speak with a supervisor several times with no response. They however did credit me $5 of free playv which I didn't win one cent with. I'd suggest be careful win u play they don't like paying out a large sum of money and customer service sucks!!!!

I am so confused on why there are so many bad reviews . FUNZPOINTZ is an awesome platform. I believe they are no different than ANY other online or in person casino. You have to be 18 or older to play for a reason! You have to understand what the word GAMBLE means and be okay with it . You might win. You might lose. You pay to play, and play hoping to win. So if you are not okay with spending money on a game and getting 0 money in return , than DO NOT gamble. Period......This has been my personal experience: Customer service department is SUPERB! They do not waste anytime corresponding to your emails or requests. They are very prompt and very friendly. They even call you their funzfriend sometimes lol.
Their redemption minimum is 20 dollars! Most online casinos say you have to have at least 100 to cashout! Not Funz; Cash out at $20.00!!! That is probably the best in the online casino world ! I read the comments on asking for account review and they will give you 5 dollars. That is true, but they will also give you 10,15, 50,100,ext depending on how much you have spent. They will give 5 dollars if you tell them it's your birthday.

They always says they have gaming limits and they try to make it seem like they give you what you pay for but its a damn lie. Once you go above a certain limit the paying stops.
