Expected delivery time wasn't time good products any issue with returns/refunds prompt very good. My only feedback would be on the website was where I purchased wallet case for my home especially when it was not black other bright colours should be more distinctive enhanced to represent the different tonal colours in these cases

Got a screen replacement earlier in the year. Handed my phone in with cracked screen, phone was returned with new screen (great) but noticed when I got home that my phone was now slightly warped (not so great). I did not return to the shop immediately as I naively thought that this might be just a bit of the collateral damage associated with a non manufacturer/cheaper repair. Fast forward four months and the screen just randomly stops working. So I bring it back in... horrendous customer service from this point on... I was told "you must of dropped the phone". I absolutely did not drop the phone. The guy basically just sat there smiling insisting that I was a liar and that if I wanted it repaired that I would have to pay full price AGAIN for another screen replacement. So that was a total of €258 paid to (not so) funtech. €258 for 2 generic screens and a total of about 45 mins work, nice one funtech, you're an absolute rip off merchant... Maybe stick to cleaning dust from ports and leave the big repairs to the experts! AVOID AVOID AVOID. (Blanchardstown shopping centre)

I ordered a PS4 controller in white, I received a black knock off that triggers and thumb sticks have deadzones that make it unusable for any game as they aren't even consistent, sometimes you have to pull the triggers down 80% for it to actuat, sometimes it's 20%, biggest waste of 35 euro.

Great Speakers that were two third the price of other outlets - arrived in a couple of days - everything was great with the order.

They sent me the wrong phone case but quickly replaced it after emails exchanged. Quite happy to deal with them again ☺️

My item didn't arrive (lost by the courier), but when I contacted FunTech they sent out a second item immediately, which I received within 2 days. The customer service is excellent and I also love the item I purchased. I would buy from FunTech again.

I called to the shop to buy a new charger ccable as the one I had was loose and not reliable. The shop assistant asked to see the phone and pronounced it full of fluff. He then spent 15 minutes cleaning the phone and gave it back in perfect condition but would not accept any payment.
