Do NOT order from this company. My order was incomplete…no refund, phone number on website is wrong, no reply to numerous emails. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering.

Incomplete order and no response to my 5 emails in a month. Wrong telephone number on site too - avoid at all costs, terrible.

Bibs are good quality but customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. They will often send the wrong item / swap it out for something else if they don’t have stock of what you’ve ordered. Customer service is non existent and I’m now out of money because I returned items (some months ago) and have not received a refund. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch but they don’t seem interested.

Edit: I got through to a lovely customer service rep on Facebook messenger called Yasmin, she was fabulous and managed to get me a refund

Bibs good, I ordered mostly plain as the designs are not very fashionable. Two have weird black stains on them after a few uses and washes. Always washed with suitable colours and air dried. Contacted to ask why and has this happened before. Awful grammar in their replies from Yasmin, who proclaimed “ There is not third layer in between so there is no possibility mould can grow .As far as I know mould only can grow if the item is left damp .”
Asked them to clarify this statement as it is confusing to claim no possibility then state that it can grow. Not sure if Yasmin is typing in broken English or has poor literacy skills. No apology for their stained bibs or resolution, just ignored me. Will never return

Same experience as the other 1 star reviews - they never posted the order, never sent any further emails to inform me of anything. Chased them up several times over email and fb over the course of 3 weeks with NO response.
Feeling very fortunate i used Paypal as have opened a claim to get my money back, if it wasnt for paypal I would consider my order gone and money stolen.

This website is basically a SCAM - do not use. Get your bibs elsewhere.

Can’t fault speed of delivery but have only given one star due to poor finish and looked cheap quality. I know they were only £3 each but the jersey fabric was poor, the print design on the fabric looked as though it wouldn’t wash well and felt like those you have on mass produced t-shirts, overlocked stitched edges looked unfinished, fabric at the reverse - why put cream flannel fabric at the back of a white jersey fabric and bother to put white at the back of a darker jersey? I know they are only dribble bibs but the photos on line looked better than in real life.

I bought as a gift but felt I could not give these and have purchased alternatives from another source.

Very sad as I have used funky giraffe for my older children and now seems to have terrible customer service. Ordered some bibs in November and hadn't received them, i contacted fg and was told someone would look into it. I have since heard nothing despite numerous calls, emails and fb messages. It seems alot of people are being ignored

Good bibs but awful customer service. Was charged more than quoted for online and one of the bibs was missing when my order arrived. I’ve tried contacting them three separate times and still haven’t had a reply.

Product itself was good but the order had two bibs that were missing, and we didn’t receive this incomplete delivery until 3 weeks after ordering. We still haven’t received the missing 2 bibs. We were offered replacements which we accepted but they have not turned up.
Also the costing at checkout is misleading - as it said we had a discount as we bought 9 bibs. But when we paid the discount was not applied and the price went up.

I recommend finding somewhere else to purchase bibs like this as this company’s standard of service is poor.

Ordered £15 worth of bibs for my disabled son in a hurry for them so paid extra for next day delivery but 10 days later still not received them. Have tried to call but answer phone full no way of leaving a message and no answer, emailed but no response, pmed on Facebook but no response, commented on fb posts but no response. Very upset that someone feels they can take people’s money and not send them their order or at least give them some information and an apology about where it is. Avoid at all costs

Love these bibs, totally different from the usual run of the mill high street stuff, no more expensive but really good quality, important when you have to wash them often, great to be able to dress my little one in something different

Ordered the bandana bibs fine, arrived one day later but with one missing, phoned them to sort it out and they could not have been more helpful, got the missing item in the post straight away and arrived next day.

The bandana dribble bibs are super, well made absorbent, and very funky.

Gorgeously soft bibs, beautifully made and soak up so much dribble!! I don't have to change my little ones tops any more and these bibs wash so well too. Delivery was really quick and service is second to none. Really happy.

I recently brought 10 Funky Giraffe Bandana bibs from Funky Giraffe for £20, which I thought was cheap enough give the cost of all the other stuff I buy for my daughter.

Delivery too one day which surprised me as I had not paid extra for next day service.

The Bandana bibs themselves were very soft, come with a cotton front and a fleece backing and two sets of poppers.

I have been pleased with how effective they are at stopping the dribble (my daughter is cutting molars at the moment) and I now no longer need to change her clothes so often). Having wash them they wash really well.

Overall really pleased with these bibs.
