This is a fraudulent company. Don’t waste your time in taking challenges. They will not pay single penny. I passed pay after pass 10k challenge and paid the amount for funded account. But my funded account not activated saying KYC is unsuccessful. They didn’t refund my amount and also not activating my funded account. You will not get any response from customer service. They will simply block your communication. No response from Yulia who is customer care executive even after 10 follow-up email.

Edit: Finally I got the active funded account. Thank you Yulia for your support on this matter. I will revise my rating once again after my first payout.

After failed many challanges, finally i pass $25k Challanges. I pass some more challanges previously on funding rock. But just because of my mistakes and not follow own rules, I breach accounts.

Now i made some profits on 25k account. Hope in some days i got my payout after met 15% consistancy.

My experience so far -- admittedly only 24 hours -- has not been good for one and only one reason.

The cTrader commission is too high. Let me explain.

Yesterday, for my first trade on FundingRock, I was using the cTrader platform. I wanted to try buying some XRP.

I have traded XRP (and some other altcoins) many times in the past. Especially on Kucoin, Coinbase and few others. I have also used two other prop traders before trying FundingRock.

I had signed up for FundingRock in order to trade crypto. I have been dabbling in crypto for about three years and follow the charts closely throughout the day, every day. I am used to placing orders on other exchanges buying / selling many orders in a day with the aim of accumulating lots of small profits.

I put in my first order for XRP, using cTrader.

On most exchanges, the XRP price, at the time of my trade, was $1.0008. I tried using a limit order of $1.0009 to buy 1 coin (or 1 'lot' as cTrader designates it).

The XRP price held steady for a full 3 minutes at $1.0008. My order did not fill. I could not understand why my BUY order did not fill since I was offering to buy ABOVE the current price.

I went looking for an explanation but could not find one.

I decided to try using a market price order instead of using a limit order. I put in a buy order to buy 1 XRP coin. At the time, the XRP price on most exchanges was holding steady at $1.0004.

As expected, the order filled almost immediately. Much to my surprise, the order filled at $1.0029. But the market price was still $1.0004.

I thought that maybe I happened to get stuck with a freak trade. That can easily happen when doing a market order, right?

But that is not what happened... That's when I noticed that cTrade deliberately sets a large 'distance' -- it's there on the screen -- between the typical selling price on most exchanges and their selling price.

I prefer an exchange where I pay a small commission on each trade.

Let me give you an example of an XRP trade that I did this morning on another exchange.

I bought 10,000 XRP coins @ $0.9918 The commission was $4. That means that the total cost of buying 10,000 XRP coins for that trade was:

(10,000 x $0.9918) + $4 = $9918 + $4 = $9922

That works out to a spread of merely $0.0004 per coin.

cTrader wants to charge me $0.0025 per coin.

The effective commission being charged by cTrader is 6x more than the charge on the exchange I used this morning.

Think about it: 6x

Now, to be fair, I noticed that the 'distance' changes almost minute by minute. So if you are careful to watch that, you can do better than I did when I did my trade. Even so, after watching the 'distance' being charged, it is way above what I am used to paying on the other exchanges.

My experience with FundingRock has been good overall. However, one important area that could be improved is the **payout method**.

Currently, payouts are available only through **Rise**. It would be much more convenient if FundingRock offered additional payout methods, such as **bank transfer, crypto, or other reliable payment providers**.

Adding multiple payout options would give traders more flexibility and make the payout process easier and more accessible for users from different countries.

I hope FundingRock considers adding more payout methods in the future. This would be a great improvement to an otherwise promising funding platform.
