He was amazing at helping me get the right information across to the loan company, and was prompt in his response when I had any questions or queries. A good service overall
A good service overall. It took about 2-weeks for the funds to arrive. There was a slight hiccup with the online PG. The only issue was that there is a 24-hour window for the counter signature which we weren’t aware of. It went through fine the 2nd time. The communication was excellent throughout, so I’m definitely happy to give a 5-star review

I applied through my business bank TIDE
I applied through my business bank Tide. Once the application was in Drew Johnston, the finance specialist manager rang me to know more about our business and what type of funding was needed. Over the next few days Drew reached out to several lending specialists to secure immediate funding for us. I cannot stress enough the professionalism of Drew and the team as we progressed through the case. After 21 days of due diligence we were in a position for approval through E Capital (one of the approved lenders). We are now working with E capital on long term business lending and Drew is still monitoring our companies progress. All involved at E Capital and Funding Options by TIDE have really come at the right time for business expansion and organic growth I feel comfortable knowing I have the right business development specialists around us.
