Excellent Communication and Outcome
I am very happy with the response and outcome from Funding Options by Tide. My business was requesting a temporary loan facility and new banking arrangements. Their communication was excellent throughout and outcome from start to finish straight forward. I just wish they were honest
I was promised and assured that I would be paid on certain days multiple times, only to find out that it hadn't been accepted after wasting a week. This has knock-on effects on my business based on preparing for the loan to arrive. Save yourself the headache; just apply directly, as the loan provider won't even be able to talk to you about the application. Priscilla wouldn't call me back or answer any messages, really disappointed as the service was great until then. Applied directly and was approved.
