Funding11 is a UK commercial finance brokerage, arranging unsecured business lending and property finance for limited companies. Each case is placed with the lender it is genuinely best suited to, rather than submitted broadly across the panel. We arrange business loans up to £750,000, credit lines up to £200,000, and business credit cards up to £75,000 for working capital, alongside bridging finance from £150,000 for time-critical transactions and portfolio credit facilities from £250,000 drawn against equity already held. We know four sectors in particular depth, automotive, retail, construction, and logistics, where placement often depends on understanding how the business actually moves money, not just what the accounts say, though most other sectors are funded too. Cases are assessed the day they arrive, with a decision the same day on a straightforward unsecured case and rarely beyond forty-eight hours. Trading since 2018, with £22.6m+ placed with lending partners and 650+ completed facilities.

Jaz is amazing to work with, everything is processed very quickly. This is a fantastic broker that is also very easy to work with. They are personable and professional. Their web application system is incredibly user-friendly and makes my journey in applying for loan was easy. I received my funds in less than two days. I would recommend their service to any small business.

Jhaz and his team dealt with our case…

Jhaz and his team dealt with our case which was very difficult and complicated. at one point I was thinking why am I even entering into this. However I was wrong Jhaz actually turned my Information and presented to a suitable lender, and got us an offer ,the terms and the payment within 7 days this was absolutely amazing and unheard of for me. I will definitely be recommending funding 11 to everyone I know and too will be using them for al future lending.
Their professionalism and knowledge is astounding.

Excellent impatial advice from this guy…

Excellent impatial advice from this guy gave me the reason to live my life again. Very friendly and legal advice he gave me. He explained in detailed each and every aspect. Most genuine advice that i got ever. I even saved his number for future contact. Please contact this guy if you really need help. Very honest impartial and genuine advise from him. A true professional!

Jhanzaib is a proficient professional.

In a space of 10 days I needed a bridging product and he delivered, even when problems arose he dealt with them in a timely manner ensuring I was kept upto date on the progress.

Will definitely be returning to him when this product comes to an end!

Good Service

I am very happy we finally received our Recovery Loan previous broker wasted our time and didn’t do anything for us. Funding11 thanks for supporting us in these hard times.
