I was honestly surprised by how responsive the team is. I reached out with a question late in the day and still got a fast response. It feels like they genuinely care about their traders instead of treating you like just another account.

Be aware, this company has just made a lot more difficult to get a payout. It’s funny because when every other company seems to be moving forward this one is moving backwards at the speed of light. Thier recent rules changes not forces to trade a certain amount of days, build a buffer, have certain amount of winning days , be $500 above the buffer and then when you jumped through all of those hoops they a payout cap. So basically, you lose, no matter what! On $50k account this means you need to make $4k above $50k before you will ever see a payout and you can never get your buffer paid out. I can’t see this company be around much longer so be careful investing money and time at them as the chances of you seeing a payout is very small, and that is if you are a good trader.

Payout denied, says to get with admin but they do joy help other than saying it’s denied. No info on how to fix it, the phone# they provide and ask you to call if have issues or text but no answer or reply. No help on how to resolve. Worst experience out of prop firms I’ve been with getting a payout.

Great Prop firm. It's hard to find such great level of instant service and assistance. The firm rules are very reasonable. The deals are phenomenal. I pestered Tony this evening and they were so helpful and quick to assist me. No trading time wasted.

The FundedFuture platform leaves a lot to be desired, especially in terms of usability and overall user experience. Trading on their system feels unnecessarily complex, with an interface that is not intuitive and makes it difficult to execute trades quickly and efficiently.
One of the biggest issues is that it constantly asks for confirmations for almost every action. This slows down the trading process and can cause missed opportunities in fast-moving markets, where speed is critical.
Additionally, the lack of educational material or clear guidance on how to use the platform is very concerning. There is little to no support for new users, making the learning curve harder than it should be.
Overall, FundedFuture needs to significantly improve its platform, simplify its trading process, and provide better educational resources if it wants to be considered a reliable option for traders.

bogus rule violations

I had 3 funded accounts with FFN, all running the same strategy via copy trading. Everything was fine — rules
followed, accounts in good standing, profits earned.

Then payout time came.

Suddenly all three accounts were disabled for a "hedging" violation. Here's what actually happened:

- A position overlapped across accounts for barely a minute. That's not hedging — that's copy trade execution latency.
Anyone running multiple accounts knows this happens.
- The "violation" occurred 3 days before they took action. No flag. No warning. No email. Nothing.
- The moment the accounts became eligible for withdrawal — all three disabled at once.

So they had no problem with my accounts while I was trading and generating fees on their platform. But the second money was owed to me? Violation found.

If this was a real compliance concern, why sit on it for 3 days? Why not notify me when it happened so I could address it? Why wait until the exact moment a payout was due?

The pattern speaks for itself. I'd encourage anyone considering FFN to search around and see how many traders report
the same experience — accounts disabled right at payout.

FFN is a really underated Firm, they have competitive pricing, fair rules and also the best thing is there Support is really quick, kind and helpful and also they do pay out. Never had a problem with them. And so far no rule change and i am trading with them multiple month now which is awesome so they are really stable.

I’m undecided if they are a complete scam or just have one of the most trader unfriendly rule sets in the space. Watch out for the land mines in funded where selling one micro contract too many or reversing a position will get that funded account you spent weeks on closed. They won’t tell you this immediately either but rather let you keep trading, then gleefully deny your payout request and ban the account. I’m honestly terrified to buy accounts from them anymore with how easily I can lose something I spent weeks building. Their mission statement does not reflect reality. Stick with reputable firms.

The support gets back to you in seconds 90% of the time and the live plan for the firm is one of the best with 90/10 profit split in the live. Top 2 firms for me at the moment is this firm and lucid

Had Tony help me out and was very prompt and very understanding with his service. Can't recommend them highly enough as this is always the case from my experience with the support team.

I had a funded account with them, and I was going to get a payout, When I signed in the next day, it said my account was closed because I kept a trade open that blew my account. I did not. I find this hard to believe.

Then 2 days later, I took advandtage of the bogo sale, I passed on eval, which was the account above and I was trading the eval, I was 300$ from passing it and I singed in, and they closed it saying there was no paid account attached to the free account, so they just closed it on me. So I wasted 2 weeks of my time trading on the platform and 200$ ( I blew one eval) and got 2 very healthy accounts closed on me. I will never use this prop again, and suggest you keep on using the props you are comfortable with. DO NOT MAKE THE CHANGE.

Your data is not safe with this company - DO NOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT. If you ask them to delete it, the will refuse and they sell your data to 3rd parties. There are many legitimate propfirms in the space, FN is not one of them.

I spent over an hour trying to get my account and all associated data deleted after not being a customer for over 4 months, they refused. Big warning to anyone out there.

My experience with this firm was ultimately disappointing.

After requesting a payout, my account was flagged for what they described as “gambling”. I was then asked to modify my risk management approach, even though the behavior they referred to was not clearly defined in the written rules on their website. As long as I respected the maximum drawdown and other stated rules, I believed my trading was compliant.

Because of this, I was forced to trade differently from my normal strategy. Eventually this led to losing my account. One of my trades was stopped out by just a few pips before the market moved directly toward my expected take-profit shortly after.

Another issue for me was the payout process itself. The review and payment process took around 15 days in total, which created a lot of uncertainty during that time.

I understand that every prop firm has its own risk policies, but in my case the expectations during the review process did not seem clearly communicated beforehand.

For these reasons, I’ve decided not to continue trading with this firm. I’m simply sharing my experience so other traders can make their own informed decision.
