Overpromise And Under Deliver, Somewhat Poor Communication
There was a lapse in communication during the funding process that lasted over a week. When it was resolved by management, it was done so at a time where finishing the application for one of the credit cards we were applying for ran out. I actively engaged and overcommunicated to make sure I was upholding my end of the agreement to ensure funding went smoothly. Unfortunately, I don't feel like that was reciprocated for the most part. Hopefully, the next round of funding goes better.

Thank you Dominic, for reaching out and providing this valuable feedback. We sincerely apologize for any delays in our response. During the week your funding specialist was on vacation, your file was reassigned to ensure work continued on schedule. Unfortunately, your representative was unable to reply until their return.
We appreciate your promptness in supplying the requested documents. Regrettably, the lender was unwilling to accept them and requested additional information. This is often a stall tactic, indicating the bank was not ready to approve at this time. Despite this one denial, we are encouraged by the favorable approvals from our other lenders.
Thank you for choosing to work with us to grow your business capital. We trust you will see great value in our program as the process continues.
